It was 15 minutes till closing time when I called the store and I was 5 minutes away. I asked them to verify that they had an item in stock.They were VERY courteous on the phone and when i arrived, they had the item that I called about waiting at the front register for me. And it was the nicest experience that I had at a retail store in months!!

If there were 10 stars, I would give them!!This particular tractor supply store is my favorite, not only because of the stock they keep on hand, but also because of the employees. Specifically, Megan! Anytime I go in there, she is happy to help me. If I call the store to ask if an item is in stock, she will take the time to see if it’s on the next delivery truck.It’s really unbelievable to receive this type of personal attention, especially these days!Great job!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the minute I looked as if I needed help,Tracy, an employee was asking," Can I help you?" My husband and I bought a pre-assembled patio glider set w / table- all one unit. She went above and beyond and took the gliders apart for easier moving and loading. She got down on her butt to take it apart!! Ellah, a coworker helped out too! Both of theses employees were so sweet and very helpful!! Thank you,Tracy and thank you Ellah for making a customer very happy with your sevices!!
