Temperature controlled units were clean and kept up on. The office staff were understanding about a late payment, as long as there is proper communication. No late fees, and sweet furry babies always greeted me when I visited. Will be using again if I have to.

I had a storage unit here for over a year, can’t say enough good things about them. All my belongings were safe and sound in the temperature controlled unit. The people who work here are wonderful, kind and understanding. They also have some of the best pricing for the Bloomington area.

Had my stuff here for 5 months.. had to throw out a chair, mattress, bookshelf, shoes and misc other things due to mold. Also had to wash everything cloth... and I do mean everything because it all stank of bug spray!! When I complained they said I must have put something wet in there and that they never spray for bugs... find a climate controlled storage unit, or one that is newer... it costs just as expensive...

At first I thought I was lucky to find such an inexpensive storage unit. This is the perfect example of you get what you pay for. I had the unit from April until last week. All of my things were ruined from water damage. The owner didn't offer me $5 to replace my items. Doggone shame. She seemed so nice.
