Soft Touch is awesome! I used them to move my daughter across town into a new apartment and they were great. Eric could not have been nicer to deal with and he actually returns phone calls when he says he will :) His employees showed up on time and were very professional. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing, super friendly, and wonderful to work with! I was moving into my new apartment when my original movers canceled an hour before, leaving me stranded with a 15 foot UHaul. I called Soft Touch for help, and Michael and Andrew jumped in on a 30 minute notice, absolutely saving the day. I am so thankful for their flexibility and willingness to help, I can’t recommend them enough!

We used this company for moving from Bloomington to Ohio. Ultimately we chose them cause their quote was significantly cheaper than other local companies. Eric come to our home to provide us the quote. He was very professional and nice. On moving day, four young gentlemen were sent to load everything up. All four were cery professiinal, respectful and sweet. They got straight to work, handling all of our items with ease and care. They had us loaded up and on the road within roughly an hour. Two of these young men drove to Ohio, unloaded and placed all our items exactly where we asked them to. My husband and I are more than happy with the service that was provided to us. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend these folks highly enough! I recently hired them for an interstate move, and they were great from the first contact to the final sign off. From answering my questions, to an on-site survey to help me estimate, to the quote and everything. Moving days went smoothly with a team of highly professional guys who answered every question and made sure everything got moved with care. Now that I’ve unpacked everything, I can see that everything got to my new destination in perfect condition. Their pricing is reasonable, and it’s so nice to have peace of mind during a process that can be so stressful. I recommend them without any reservations!

They showed up on time, moved my stuff quickly and efficiently, and were very professional. Estimated time in the quote was almost exactly how long it took them to move my stuff. Even helped throw things away I didn't want to bring with me. If I ever have to move again, I'll make sure to hire them again!

We recently moved TWO households from southern Indiana to the Bloomington area. When our prior home closed, our new home was still under construction.. this was no problem for Soft Touch. They loaded up and moved our items - safely stored - then delivered when we called. Crew was fast, friendly and patient as we decided where items needed to be placed. While I hope to NEVER move again, I would use Soft Touch! Highly recommend this company!

This company made packing our home and moving 9 hours as easy as possible. Communication was on point regarding arrival times and the employees packing and loading/unloading the truck were efficient, respectful of our home, careful with our things and just good people. Soft Touch moved us from an apartment to a house and did an excellent job. They were professional and handled our belongings with care. Eric was so helpful in the coordination and answering all my questions before hand. They were very flexible with scheduling. My favorite thing about their services: they pick up your empty boxes after you’ve unpacked! :) I highly recommend Soft Touch!!
