Dishonest parts business drop ships but shows items in stock, even if they have a stop sale on them from Toyota. Selling you stuff they don't have and can't get and calling that imaginary stuff "in stock." Stuff they never even had in the first place.
Specifically, Toyota floor mats they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK but claim to have in stock. Run away. There are plenty of decent dealerships that are honest and don't attack reviewers for being honest.
Canceled order because they are dishonest. Nobody gets a one star review randomly. You have to screw me. You have to lie.

I had my 2017 Hyundai Sonata receive some body work about 2 years ago after I got into a car accident.
About 1 year later, my rear door started not to operate properly. I called and spoke with the collision repair center and they advised I take it in to see them; at this point I was concerned. I had heard of so many places not accepting responsibility for mistakes and I was nervous this would happened again.
THIS IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED!! They operated in remarkable integrity. They apologized for the mistake and fixed the problem perfectly with NO additional cost!!
This is a wonderful dealership and if I lived in the area I would be going there for all my automobile needs!

ED was the most helpful upfront care salesman I’ve ever dealt with! We were very interested in a pre owned vehicle that was listed online. The website listed everything we needed to know to make an informed decision as buying a pre owned vehicle can be very challenging. Ed’s communications skills were exactly what was needed to get us to jump on the interstate from TN to purchase the vehicle of my Sons dreams! There was nothing that wasn’t explained and nothing that was posted on website that was not accurate. The whole team there is great, including the finance manager. Sincerely thank you ED!

Just purchased a 2024 Tundra SR5 through Royal South Toyota and the experience, from start to finish, was excellent!
I live out of state but, because I was looking for a very specific vehicle, I wasn't able to find any in my area; then I found one online at Royal South. I reached out to them to get a price quote and we very quickly settled on a great price, without much (if any) haggling or game-playing. I also appreciated that the price they gave was the price that I paid (plus taxes, obviously), no additional dealer add-ons or profit-padding hidden fees.
After settling on a price, Nick Palmiotto did a great job getting all of the paperwork and finance stuff taken care of before I flew out there to pick up the truck, and he even arranged to have a driver pick us up from the airport and bring us to the dealership! That was very unexpected but very much appreciated
Once at the dealership, Zach Bird greeted us and did a very thorough job of showing me around the truck, detailing the important features that I'd likely need to know and answering any questions that I had. Zach and the rest of the team knew that we had a long drive ahead of us and were eager to hit the road so they made sure that we were out the door with my new vehicle in under and hour, start to finish!
All in all, I can't say enough good about the team there at Royal South Toyota and would encourage anyone looking for a Toyota to give these guys a call. For the Emperor! (That one's for you, Zach! XD)

I took my new vehicle in for toyotacare 10,000mi maintenance. Beforehand I checked fluid levels and marked my tires to make sure they got rotated as I've been burned in the past at other auto shops. When they were finished, I was given a several page readout of everything that was performed. My wiper fluid was still almost empty and my tires had not been rotated as stated they were. I went back in and explained to a service dept man up front what I found and stated how can I trust that all the other items on the checklist were even done. I told him I want another tech to redo the entire checklist. Afterward, he came back and said that he had the service manager redo it. The tires were rotated this time. However, the lugnuts are on way too tight that I would be unable to change a tire if I get a flat, I smell a burning smell each day that I drive it and it has been over 3 weeks since that appointment, and some settings on my vehicle have been reset including a trip A mileage that I am unable to reset and get the total mileage back on the screen. Idk if the battery was unhooked at the appointment causing this to happen or if there had been some sort of software update. Regardless, Idk why still having a burning smell after over 3 weeks and I cannot trust to take it back there again if I was lied to by the original tech about simple checklist items being done. It's not a free new vehicle ToyotaCare maintenance 2 yrs or 25,000 mile. It's paid for in the price of buying the vehicle. I didn't pay to be lied to. And I'm sure Toyota wouldn't appreciate it as I'm sure they compensate dealerships participating in this program.
New review update:
Cabin air filter and fluid checks & top off were part of 15k Toyota care service. Air filter was not taken out of glove box for inspection and not cleaned, & washer fluid remained near empty. I had same situation of uncompleted checklist (tire rotation and near empty washer) at the 10k service appointment. Chalked it up to maybe it was just the tech at the 10k visit, but it was a different tech at the 15k visit. So now I’m believing it’s just the standard practice at this particular dealership. Tires did get rotated at the 15k. I have no way of knowing if other checklist items were completed at 10k and 15k, just the items I was able to check myself at home beforehand. I hope so.

I had an excellent experience at Royal South Toyota! I have never had a new car before, so I was not even sure exactly where to start. Zach and Nick worked together to get me into a car that I never thought would be an option. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease or finance a new vehicle, but Zach was very knowledgeable on both of the processes and explained everything in a way I could understand clearly. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, very personable, and made the process as simple and quick as possible. I will recommend Zach and Royal South Toyota to anyone interested in a new car in Bloomington.

I returned after three months to get my new car serviced and Simonized. The service department was prompt and professional. While I waited to get a loaner car, Zach Bird took the time to help me explore features in my new car that I wasn’t sure how to access. He was excellent. Very patient and very willing to help us find solutions for some features that we didn’t need or like. At the end of the day, I felt as though I was getting in my brand new car all over again. Had to put $1,000 into fixing the air conditioning that they neglected to fix and sold as is. They told me "good luck" after calling several times and never getting a return phone call. I'd recommend going somewhere else.
