“Called Big Oxen with a pretty last second move. Needed to move a welding and metal crafts shop with thousands of pounds of tools in short order from Southern Indiana to another state. Nick responded within an hour of my email, and put a quote together with an hour of that. It was a complicated move because a truck could not cross the bridge at the location of the shop, so they used one truck to move the tools toward the bridge, carried them over and then loaded the larger truck. On the other end, there was no room to park a truck close the garage the tools were being moved into - this meant walking them with a dolly or just carrying them by hand 50 yards each way. Nick's team never once complained, but instead had an incredible can do attitude, going the extra mile over and over. All of this, and at an affordable price. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing to hire movers!”

They were punctual every single day we needed their services, responsive to every single email and phone call, and were able to make adjustments to our scheduled delivery and pick up when needed. They were more than accommodating and easily the friendliest and most professional moving service I've encountered in Bloomington (seeing as no other services even responded to my estimate inquiry) Our Driver, Rebecca, was STELLAR. she was on time every day, kept us in the loop about everything, and made sure everything was delivered and picked up on time. My storage unit was seemingly brand new and spotless. it was easy to use and access throughout the entire process. “This is the 2nd time we’ve used them to move. Both times they were prompt and professional. The estimates they gave were what we paid.Most importantly, I think one should really judge a company on what it does when something goes wrong. At some point in time, something will go wrong no matter how careful one is.A few days after the move, after finding the power cord in random box (our fault, we packed our own boxes) I tried to set up our tv to find it had a crack in the bottom and would not display anything.I called the next morning, spoke with the manager Alex. He had us send him pictures of the damage and the model number. The same day, within a few hours actually, he came to the house with a replacement, and took away the damaged tv. I will say we had purchased the extra insurance just in case, but I had also signed the “everything is good and undamaged” part of the paperwork.They made it right, we didn’t have to fight about it or fuss. While we won’t be moving again for a while, next time we, or anyone we know needs their services I’ll recommend them first.”
