I have been going to Mission for about a year and have always found fair prices, good repairs, and kind people. Mission places an emphasis on safety and necessary repairs. Upon buying a used car, they helped me set up a plan to where my three prominent repairs could be spaced out and taken care of in order of seriousness. They've always been honest about how long certain repairs can be put off and never push towards something unnecessary. They even removed and replaced my car battery free of charge when one of the screws was fused. Lastly, during my last visit, Trisha showed me how to check my fluid levels (oil, brake, wiper) without my asking and the team was able to resolve a dashboard light issue free of charge.
Being a college-aged girl who pays for and schedules her own repairs could very easily lead to being ripped off. I am so so grateful that I found a trustworthy place in mission auto. I would recommend this place to anybody!

We are so relieved to finally find an honest car mechanic near us. We had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but it was definitely worth the wait. Terrible customer services. They couldn’t give me a price for the service I wanted and hung up on me. Called back then because they couldn’t find my model vehicle on their system they had a sassy attitude and proceeded to try and tell me that my 2000 Chevy Silverado was made in 2003, saying that they weren’t made until then, which is incorrect.

I recommend this place to everyone! I've had three cars serviced with them and they have always done a great job. They communicate well and always finish the job properly and in a timely manner.
