MacAllister has been an extremely helpful resource for my business. The rental process is quick and painless and they have accommodated me when I needed to pick up after hours. After having trouble with a piece of equipment they accepted the fault and offered a replacement for the couple hours remaining. Will certainly rent again from these folks!

Had issues with a piece of equipment. Was done with it and told them they could pick it up a week early. Asked if there was any sort of discount if they did. Told me there wasn't, but they would send someone out to fix it. I agreed since they wouldn't discount any on the price. They had to make 2 trips and I just let it set for a week. Just seemed stupid to me, they could have loaded it and fixed in shop for a small discount on the bill, and sent it back out, but hey, they got their money this time.

Reasonable rates and Great customer service and the guys in the shop were great also. Had an issue with the pressure washer and they sent a guy within 10 minutes and he fixed it on the spot. Definitely will rent from them again and I’d recommend to anyone.

I reserved a Kubota l3301Which is around 34 horsepower.And they delivered the L2501Which isAround 24 horsepower.Not the piece of equipment that I reserved nor was it the one I wanted. It did Not have enough power and struggled.Not happy with the equipment switch. I also had a tire that went flat a few times.

Ran credit card for additional $425 without notifying me. One day over on rental cause of several days of rain. They said that they would go off hour meter and as long as not over 40 hours that would be fine. Hour meter was at 24 5 hours when returned. Two weeks later, I receive a bill for another $930.10 for teeth missing off of stump grinder. They are blaming and charging me for their equipment? We were grinding out bushes (not large stumps ie: trees). They stated on their bill that it was not "normal use". This business scams people and just charges your credit card for anything they want?
