Great experience with high-quality work. The workers are very nice and helpful as well. I would especially recommend this shop for anyone trying to fix personal jewelry belongings. There are a lot of beautiful items available for purchase as well.

Had an amazing experience shopping for a cross pendant and chain for my wife. Great local business and will definitely return for future jewelry purchases and he was very fair and transparent with pricing based on golds weight

Wow! This Kiosk at Bloomington's College Mall has an exceptional selection of jewelry. The owner, Farouk, clearly understands today's trends. His prices are competitive and he is very friendly. Farouk and his helper Sammy run several Kiosks in the mall, including one with a large selection of Sunglasses and another with high-quality leather handbags, wristlets and wallets. If you are looking for gifts or something for that special someone, or if you need your watch battery changed - I highly recommend you visit these Kiosks. I loved that they were well stocked, knows their product, have great prices and aren't aggressive pushy salespeople. My husband and I will definitely be return customers.

Amidst the COVID-19 spread & a higher-rate of it here in Bloomington, IN, I tried to help & explain to the person who operates and/or owns this booth-store at the mall, that he can still spread the virus by not covering his nose. I also explained that he can have no symptoms while having it & then spread it to someone with a compromised immune system. He told me that it was up to him if he wanted to cover his nose, became hostile & told me to take a walk. He then became abusive towards me while he was with a security man. The security man allowed the other worker who just arrived, to wear just a carpenter's particle mask for protection. The male who either run and or owns both booths, has been rude towards me in the past, trashing both my family to other customers (as well as with his co-workers) in the mall & also trying to make me feel uncomfortable about just being there. Until today, however, I had no idea to the extent that he feels about the mall customers. Who cares about you as a mall customer or if I cause you or someone else death or sickness, is the attitude I received from his hostility.

They are "extremely" rude and a total rip-off. I went there to change my watch battery. They said it would be $20 dollars because my watch was expensive and thus required an expensive battery. I bought that story and gave them a go-ahead. As soon as they tried to open the back of my watch, I realized that it was a mistake. They didn't even have a proper tool. He used a box cutter knife with a hammer which left several scratch marks. But it was too late and I let him finish the job. When he finished, I asked him what the special about the watch battery was. (As far as I can tell, there was nothing special about the battery. It was a generic brand, not even a major brand, which would cost less than a dollar.) Then he got angry and almost yell at me that it was very rude for me to ask him why it costed that much. First, I didn't say anything about the cost. I simply asked him about the battery (nothing further) because they said it was special. He said people don't ask the reasons for the price of items in big stores, and lectured me about American cultures (Funny it seemed he was from the Middle-East) and how rude it was for me to ask that. I couldn't believe what I heard. I was done with him and just wanted to pay and leave. But when he ran the transaction, he added $1.40 sales tax. In my knowledge, Indiana doesn't collect sales tax on general services. (Any comments, IRS?) Overall, it was a horrible service (not to mention for the permanent scratches on my watch) and terrible experience. Avoid them at any cost!

Love this place! Workers make me feel so welcomed. They care about the customers. My phone was in terrible condition and the guy who works there fixed it quick and fast. Way better than going to your phone provider for an expensive little fix. The jewelry there is also super nice and the workers really work with you to help you find the perfect gift for yourself. 100% recommend

A little keosk in center of the mall that sells among other things, cell phone accessories and not at a bad price compared to the AT&T store.
