Called and an employee told me to go ahead and bring stuff in then upon arrival less than an hour later I was told they were closed for an hour for his lunch break. HORRIBLE customer service

Great place to go to in the mall. I was just strolling around and there was a lot of stuff and everything was easily accessible. Had lots of great new and used games for all consoles. Great staff as well. Very nice asking questions and giving me good luck on the Pokémon cards I bought!

I loathe GS, but this location, this is the BEST GameStop and one of the absolute BEST used game stores I’ve been too, all because of customer service and personalities. Best customer service I’ve ever had. You will NOT have a bad experience with this GameStop.

I stopped in to inquire about a Playstation 4 console. I had been playing on one at my daughter's house for a couple of weeks and enjoyed it. Did you know you can play Monopoly on the PS4? I sure didn't. They had three versions of the console for sale in the store. The regular one, the slim, and the Pro. These are previously owned and refurbished. Pricing was reasonable and I was ready to buy one but I had one question that the employee could not answer. He stated he did not use the PS4. I'm thinking you should so you can become knowledgeable and answer the customer's questions. So I have to do some homework before buying. This location is pretty big for a Game Stop. There is plenty of room to walk around. I'm used to these stores being very cramped with no way to pass by another person in the aisle. This is not a problem at all here. It seems the stores located in the malls are big like this one while the strip shopping centers kinds are the one that are really cramped.

I wish it was more open to PC equipment as much as it is with console equipment.. not a very good selection of keyboards or mouse.. no parts

GameStop at Collage Mall has a extremely weak collection of collectibles while the choice of games are okay. The store is not maintained well and the ambiance of the place is not good either. As one of the only GameStop around town, you will have no choice but to use the collection given.
