Everyone here was very friendly, professional, and respectful. I had one concern with the vehicle I was purchasing, and they immediately remedied it with no hesitation. Jerad was the primary point of contact, and he was amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel pressured at all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Poor communication and target return date was never met. Vehicle was returned just to find more things wrong with it that should have been identified during first time in shop.

The service department is great. Professional and polite. They take time to answer my questions and worked me in for a needed brake pad replacement when I needed it before an unexpected long road trip.

I had asked they check my battery and clean it during an oil change visit. After about a week my car was sluggish when i tried to start it. When I had my last oil change at a different company, they said my battery was needed to be changed. Ford do better! This is your job! Won't return to Bloomington or Bedford. Awful experience

I worked with Nathan in service. He’s the real deal. I’ve had 25 yrs in the car business and I can say that he delivered before I expected and was so professional. Nathan needs a raise. Good car guys are hard to come by!!! Thanks again Nathan. .

If I could give zero stars I would! Community Ford in Bloomington has the absolute worst service department! What a nightmare dealing with them! Joe (service advisor) called after having my car a day and a half to tell me that I need a water pump & the thermostat housing needs to be replaced on my Fusion, then proceeds to quote a price of over $2,700 to repair it! I said that was insane and he said “are you interested in trading it in for something else, I can get a salesman on the line with you”? I replied with “no” and told him I will speak to my husband. I told Joe that I would be taking my car elsewhere for repairs. His demeanor quickly changed and he was extremely rude. He said it would be about an hour to put my car back together. I said thank you and will wait on your call. 3 hours later I was still waiting after sending a tow truck to pick up my car (I paid a tow bill and my cars wasn’t ready to be towed). To make a long story short, I and my husband went to the service department and asked why it was taking so long & after a heated exchange, I told Joe again that we were going to have my car repaired by Meineke (they are always awesome there, I should have gone there first). He said and I quote “go ahead and take your car to Meineke, good luck because they do shotty work”! I and my husband were shocked! That was unprofessional. I and my husband both got loud and were angry about the entire interaction. Joe kicked us out of the service department. I guess he felt threatened by a 70 year old man and a 55 year old woman..? The service manager “Jay” was also rude when we asked if we could get our bill and leave. I thought managers are supposed to calm the situation? The tech “Tim” pretended not to hear my husband when he asked if my car was safe to drive. What is wrong with this department?! We always show respect and feel we did until we were treated unprofessionally. I rarely leave reviews but feel this one was necessary. If you need auto repair, shop around! DO NOT go to Community Ford in Bloomington! Don’t accept the first estimate you receive. Shop around! We were able to get my car repaired for a lot less at Meineke! They always treat us with respect and that’s important to us! We learned our lesson!

Salesman Devon Wadsworth went out of his way to see that I got the automobile I wanted. He was great to work with, as were others in the dealership. They delivered my vehicle in excellent condition on time, two and a half miles away.

The Bloomington Ford service department has consistently provided prompt, excellent service for my car. The service advisors are good communicators and are friendly, efficient, and fair. The mechanics have always done great work on my car. On one occasion, one of the master mechanics took time out of his day to communicate directly with me about a sound that my car was making, even test-driving the car with me to make sure he was hearing the same sound I was. The mechanics also communicate seamlessly through the service advisors to the customer about matters that may need attention in the future. After many years of great experiences with the Bloomington Ford service department, I know that I can trust them to keep my car running well and reliably.
