They told my fiance that they could do work on his car and install after market dash and rear cams but when we got there they told us they don't do that kind of work and completely wasted our time and our day.

Very professional with great communication with me during the process, and the vehicle seemed like it was detailed inside and out when it was returned to me, which was excellent to see! They're tesla certified, and my tesla was a lease with bad hail damage. They fixed everything to perfection

I just had my vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center after I hit a deer. My insurance carrier kept going back and forth with them delaying repairs to the point that my vehicle had been there for 30 days and my rental car coverage was expiring and they wouldn't extend it (thanks insurance). Morgan with Andy Mohr saved my week when she got a loaner vehicle for me, free of charge, until my car was ready a few days later! Not only did they do that, the didn't pass on to me the expenses my insurance carrier wouldn't pay them for - I only paid my deductible! I know exactly where I'm going when it's time to buy a new vehicle or if I need repairs done! Good, honest people!! I spoke with Morgan often, as in daily some times, and she was always so nice and said she would take care of it. She absolutely did!

Terrible communication! I had to be the middle man between them and my insurance company. At one point they kept telling me they didn’t receive the check from my insurance company but my insurance company told me they had cashed it 3 days prior. They did work on my car that wasn’t approved and told me if insurance wouldn’t cover it then I would have to. My car was being “detailed” for 4 days and when I started asking for emails of proof they sent the info to my insurance and a detailed explanation of all the work. My car was magically ready for pick up and my insurance company thankfully paid for the difference.
