Used to be a good store but today I decided to not return to that store. I understand that the logitech earth day recycling promotion is worded quite vaguely. But the way the manager handled things were not so professional. Long story short the promotion guideline according to the manager and his coworker went from 1. must be logitech brand trade in (which i debunked,) 2. gaming accessory (which is also debunked,) and then finally to PC accessory which my earphones qualify as. He decided to classify my in ear headphones as a phone accessory and told me if I brought in a headset it would qualify as pc accessory.

Had a screen protector installed on my phone. Woman at the front insisted the the squad do it instead of the phone guys. They screwed it up! It has bubbles under it and some foreign objects that they scratched the protector trying to smooth out. DONT LET THE GEAK SQUAD INSTALL YOUR SCREEN PROTECTOR! Now I have to buy another one.

If I could leave zero stars would be more fitting, my wife and I went there looking for security cameras for our new house we just bought. The First Gentleman was very helpful in teaching us about them, we were trying to decide between two different Arlo systems that were both labeled as the same price on the same shelf. We tried finding someone because the first guy had left and no one was around, we ended up finding a different gentleman by the computers closing out cash drawers and he assured us that it was priced correctly and in the right spot, there were three other boxes of the same system in the same spot I picked the one I intended to buy. We ended up deciding to purchase it and walked up to the checkout only to once again not find anyone at first, it of course was not correctly priced and the third gentleman we talked to was no help at all……

Truly disappointed. It said a number of items I was looking for was available, in stock, at the store. The shelf was empty. So much was missing compared to what it claimed online. There is now a toy section replacing their movie selection. So... An electronics store sells more toys than movies? It's kind of turning into Walmart, an all purpose location rather than an electronic source that you can find things there that you can't find anywhere else. Now it's just another Target, but worse, with far less options. A decade ago I loved going here. Now? It has definitely gone down hill. Kind of just limping along before the home office decides to shut it down. Kind of sad, because it used to be a reason I would drive an hour down to Bloomington to visit because or their amazing selections. Now it's... Empty shelves. I was wrong, not becoming Walmart or Target. Beginning to feel like Kmart before it closed it's doors. ?

Went in to buy a quick camera battery. Store is laid out easily and checkout was a breeze. One employee Shannon had a great attitude and was extremely helpful!

Staff is always friendly and there were a lot of choices and items to browse. My kids enjoy coming here to look at the games and different electronics.

I returned a malfunctioning P.C. for Store Credit after app. 63 days. The Geek Squad recognized that the machine was faulty and I had no problems getting the Credit. I used the Store Credit to purchase a Cyber Power Desktop. The Staff was courteous and helpful through out the return and purchase process. The Geek Squad set the new P.C. up in the Store. The machine is running very smooth with no issues at all. Thank you Geek Squad and thank you Sales Staff. I am a satisfied Bloomington Best Buy Customer.

Nice selection of Bluetooth speakers, reason for my business. It is a shame that not all of them worked. I probably would have purchased the Bose if I could have demo them.
