This review is about 2 years later than promised, but I just wanted to say I had a great experience working with this shop! I got an amazing mattress for a fair price and he even knocked a hundred dollars off. Delivered for free exactly when he said he would. I will definitely be getting my next mattress here.

They didn't have the mattress we were looking for, but they did have one that was even better! A little more pricey, but they cut us a good deal on it. Quick same day delivery. Excellent service!

i was wondering i purchased a mobieity bed payed good money for it when deleiverd started to leave i said are you taken old mattess i had to pay a fee of 40.00$ t get rid of them and they took them i think i was ripped off

Don't care customer who come walkin to the store. We went today at around 12:30 to check and buy mattress and the person who ever sitting at the desk never ever tried to interact with us yo understand why we are there.. having this kind of attitude will definitely down your business. How good your reputation may be.. so I would like to suggest business owner to kick out such kind of representatives who doesn't care customers..

It seemed ok at first nothing special but I thought I should buy from a local business. 4 months after I bought my mattress it had developed a sizeable dent that cause a lot of back pain. Their policy is no returns or exchanges, which you have to accept. I tried contacting them about my mattress because it seemed crazy that in 4 months it had worn down so much. They never responded to the message I sent them from their website. I suggest going to mattress firm instead, they give a 120 day trial dates and they deliver to your door for free, although to carry to your room you have to pay extra. Just something to think about. If you know what kind of mattress you need and really aren't looking to explore but get something fast and easy, this would be a good place to go.

Recently purchased a Sleepy’s SNUG full size 8” thick mattress (in a box). If you’ll do as directed and allow the foam 24 hours to expand; you’ll be more satisfied and with a positive experience.I didn’t follow those directions so I was a bit skeptical the first couple days.The owner answered my call on a Saturday and was honest about meeting before 6pm.Previously I had bought mattresses at the Mattress Firm.Advantage: B-town Mattress Outlet has stuff in stock and ready to go.Thank you!

B-Town Mattress Outlet was wonderful to work with! I walked in (having no idea what I wanted) and was able to secure a mattress and bed frame that met all of my needs. The quality of the products is exceptional. The items I purchased arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as I viewed them while in store. Zach was professional and his knowledge of the products was a great help. He makes himself available to all customers by being responsive, communicative, and willing to answer any/all questions! Service here was great! I had no idea what type of bed I wanted just knew I wanted a queen. Zach hooked me up with a queen foam mattress with 1000+ springs and a bed frame for a very good price! He even delivered it to my home a few hours later after doing another delivery. Definitely come here if you want a great deal!
