I worked with Geremy the sales manager, Sean, and Carr and I was told that I would get the 3 year 36k mile complimentary oil changes and tire rotations with the purchase of a certified pre owned 2023 Santa Fe that was a loaner vehicle since I was the first owner. Turns out that wasn’t true and nothing was in writing so I lose out on $360 worth of maintenance I was told I would get. On top of that the charge a BS add on fee for VIN etching that is $300. And this was not disclosed or shown to me prior to me signing the final paperwork. Andy Mohr Hyundai didn’t do anything to compensate me or make it right. Never trust a car salesmen.

Justin was great to workwith and would highly recommend him. I left the Honda dealership after dealing with the typical car salesman so it was nice to work with someone that didn't come across that way. We are happy with our choice and the deal we received.

Had I known that they were remodeling and I’d be stuck in a hot room for an hour I wouldn’t have scheduled an oil change. Also it took ten minutes after my car was done for them to process the paperwork.

Bought a ioniq hybrid plug in from them last month, they were excellent to work with, extremely helpful, and I flew in from Alaska to purchase it, they accommodated me and picked me up from the airport, great and straight forward dealership! The car is awesome too, exactly how they described it online! Would definitely buy from them again!
