I had a pleasant experience with renting a Storage Unit there for my son who is going to school there and moving apartments. Being that I was out of state Greg Phillips made the process very easy for me to rent for my son.. Would rent from them again.

Completely unacceptable!!!!I rented a storage space all American storage in June 2022 six months later I came to move my things from the storage unit and everything was saturated with water. I bought storage boxes from them and upon taking them out everything was soaking wet. Also to find out that it was rat infested rodents in my belongings. Over $10,000 plus my personal belongings ruined. I reached out over a dozen times to all American storage !Sam is the worst customer service human being I've ever seen. Does not return calls,Does not tell the truth !!!I purchased extra insurance protection from a subsidiary company called safe lease Sam told them that everything was fine with the storage unit knowing that all my belongings were ruined!!!!! I followed every protocol and still do not have this matter resolved!I would never recommend all American storage

A friendly, clean, easy-to-use storage facility that is easily accessible. Twice I have made use of All-American North when a parent has passed away and we needed temporary storage. The pricing is reasonable and the staff very accommodating, for example, when we needed to downsize to a smaller unit as we got rid of things. Highly recommended!

I rented a unit to store items from my son’s dorm to be used in his apartment in the fall in 2022. I used the unit for three months. The unit was reasonably priced and easy to access. I would highly recommend All American Storage North.

I had an excellent experience. Josh, the main guy working there, is extremely good-natured and has a good sense of humor...But more importantly the prices were very cheap, the units were clean, they were extremely helpful and flexible and they even would have rented an additional unit to me at a discount if I'd needed a larger unit and a larger unit hadn't been available.I also had the unit available to me when I needed it (even though their office isn't open Sundays, I had access to my unit).Their only 'hidden fees' were the fee of selling me the lock, which they wouldn't have charged if I'd already had a lock, and some cheap renters insurance for the unit that I was happy to take but could have declined (they would have made me sign a waiver). No weird fees for specific objects like mattresses or anything.I'm mentally subtracting half a star for the following two reasons: 1) they sold me an angle lock that did not really fit their doors well at all and had to be wrestled into a weirdo upside down angle to work, but it was also super cheap for an angle lock so meh I'll take it and 2) I got Covid! I don't blame them, I blame the lady who was there before me, and I blame myself for not sanitizing my hands, but still, keep healthy everyone, clean your work places off with a bit of cleaning solution!

Best storage in Bloomington! They are always very nice and willing to work with you when your struggling. They even have temperature controlled units! I always use them when I need storage because no matter what side of town I need it on they're never too far and they are easy to work with

I rented a storage unit at the Pak Mail All American Storage facility in July 2020 as I was temporarily downsizing in my living space. They are all owned by the same owner, so i wanted to apply this review to all Bloomington locations. Up until this month, I last went to my storage unit on February 2, 2021 to return my snowboard to the unit. Upon arriving at my unit in mid August, I found that my lock had been changed and my key did not work. I contacted the staff who came down and used bolt cutters to cut the new lock off. I found that several items in my unit were missing with a value of around $800-$1000. I did file a police report and I understand I did not sign up for insurance when I signed my contract. However, I did pay my rent on time every month and spent a total of over $1500 to rent the unit over the last year. The company was unwilling to reimburse me anything for not keeping my items safe in their secured facility. They claim this has never happened before but I find that extremely hard to believe that my one smaller unit would be the only one targeted. I do not recommend using this company, and if you are already using this facility and have not been to your unit lately, I would highly recommend you check and make sure something like this has not happened to you. All I got out of using the facility was a loss of almost $2500 and some very important personal belongings.

Poor customer service. The lady is never in the office. Door is almost always locked. Went today when they’re supposed to be open, she’s at the bank. Doesn’t seem very professional to me at all.
