Poor service , they didn't do the tire rotation and they wants charge for.
The person who charged doesn't know about the service...
I hope they really replaced the oil and oil filter in my car...
I do not recomend.

I went in for an oil change and Nick was very helpful and advised me of a recall on my vehicle which luckily they had the parts for. Normally they have to order the parts. It was a very good experience. Thank you Nick!

Service department is awful! September of 2022 had oil changed, two months later my truck almost blew up because they didn't tighten the oil filter and it had leaked slowly for two months and blew the oil all over the underneath. December of 2022, took truck in for new brakes and was told I had hot spots on my rotors and they would need replaced and while I was at it I should go ahead and change the pads. I told them that was fine. Was called hours later to tell me it would be the next day as the wrong rotors had been sent. Picked it up the next day, still wasn't done for another hour. Got the bill it stayed the rotors had all been machined not changed and I have one heck of shake now when the brakes are applied. Currently at another GM dealer looking at getting it corrected. I am DONE with Hubler and if you cannot do good service you also will not get my next purchase!!

I have total confidence in Hubler Chevrolet in Bedford, IN. Being a woman, I've always been treated respectfully and they listen to my car issues without downplaying my concerns. TJ and Craig in Service are great! And if you are looking for a vehicle, I recommend Kevin Walls. He is great at finding what you want or need!!

This car dealership sold the car I had arranged to purchase out from under me and didn't even call to let me know before I made the trip to the dealership. I arrived and was informed that a salesman dropped the ball, and that there were no other new cars available to purchase. I wish I could give less than one star. I'll never buy a car from this dealership.

Charge for repairs that aren’t completed. The first occurrence happened when I brought a company vehicle in to have the A/C repaired. After a week, the service shop told me it was fixed and my company paid for the service. Later that year as temperatures got hotter, I discovered the A/C was in fact still inoperable. The second occurred when I brought a personal vehicle in for the same issue, and once again, after paying over $1800, the A/C failed to function. The last straw was when my in-laws brought in their vehicle for service, and when they went to pick it up, there was extensive damage to the entire driver side. Multiple body parts had to be replaced, and the entire truck had to be repainted. Bottom line, this service shop is a load of scammers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I know I purchased my truck as is ... what I didn't expect was disguising racket and pinion problem by filling power steering fluid. then being told that they couldn't help me out with added cost because it sounded expensive... but you would if it was something small....like air in my tires. . doesn't make sense. bad customer service... most were busy on their phone. had to make four trips...two to get gas cap cover replaced...that broke off when you were giving me a half tank gas.... "cause they won't do that" became a good excuse used by my sales person Jeff. Jeff also told me he would get headlights cleared.... but after purchase...he couldn't do it and " they won't replace them...they are expensive". Jeff needs to quit hiding behind management and work on pleasing customer.... Im betting he doesn't have repeat customers I didn't argue over price... I expected honesty... yet within two weeks....I knew there was a problem. I'm $940.00 disappointed over it. this could have gone so differently ...I still feel like you should have met me halfway
