“I had a good experience here! I’ve only met Craig and he’s always been very pleasant and efficient. I had to move my unit to another facility only bc they didn’t have any larger storage units available for me to upgrade. My only complaint is that the ground is not leveled, at least where I was, so it was difficult to use to the rolling dolly to move items without it rolling down the pavement when I let go of it. That made moving in/out not so great. No complaints other wise!”

“If you are in search of an excellent storage facility, I can honestly say from experience with Fairview Storage that you can be in great hands here. I've tried other facilities in Johnson County and one of them even called me in the middle of the night to inform me they had a break in and my lock was cut off. Talk about unprofessional, they said the police would be in contact with me yet I never heard from them at all. My unit contained my moms estate and is more precious to me than anything! I literally hired movers to get that transferred over to Fairview Storage. It was a nightmare!!! We worked with Tim and he helped make us comfortable and now we feel like our belongings are always safe with the storage facility. He's been very professional and kind to me and my family. We greatly appreciate him and how clean the facility always is no matter what day or time we come through. That alone speaks highly for Fairview Storage. I've witnessed some scary situations at some of the storage facilities, which made me leary of renting with them. Now I can rest assured that my treasured belongings are 100% safe in Tim's hands. I generally don't take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to be able to let the public know that Fairview Place is a safe, dependable, and a great value on top of everything else. So relieved that I finally found a wonderful trustworthy place, and I know a lot of others share the same concerns that I do. I highly recommend you go see Tim and he will take great care of you and your belongings will be safe there. Many times I have seen and spoke to him when we come through as he does several security checks through our each day. He's very kind and always happy to answer any questions, even as he is out making his rounds to ensure the facility is clean and in great shape! “This place so wonderful. They have everything that a smaller hardware store would carry plus some more specialized items. My Weedwhacker was broken and I took it to this location to have it looked at and fixed. They were so helpful and helping me exorbitant charges and figure out what was wrong with my Weedwhacker. There’s also a cute cute little cat that roams around greeting people!”

“Greetings, thanks for allowing me to do a review. I starting storing my inventory from my shop on Friday July 10, 2023. My experience locating the establishment was easy, yet, locating my storage unit was not good. I thought I was looking for the first three numbers on my storage unit; I drove around for probably 8 minutes before I called and they were very helpful. They told me to go to the front kiosk and locate my unit. Thank a man came on the intercom and helped further. I loved the customer service and helpfulness of everyone. I will be telling people about this establishment. Thanks again for all the help.”

“Best decision my girlfriend has made in years. We've been in a storage facility in beech grove for the last year, and it has been one issue after another. We absolutely love the couple running the show at heartland, and have since day one!!!*Also, they went totally above and beyond, when we were a week late in payment, and needed special accommodations last week, which required someone to go in on their day off just to unlock our gate code, and it was done within the hour, no hesitation, nothing. It was absolutely incredible. I think we'll definitely be staying here for the long haul. Thank you, heartland storage, for being by far the greatest storage facility in indy, and keeping our things safe.”
