But I also experienced today that kindness and care exceeds the four walls of the bank. Renae who is a CSR in Franklin saw that I needed some help at a gas station and without hesitation provided me help. This is how businesses and people were when I was growing up and it is far and few between these days. “I love Forum Credit Union. I was with Chase, but switching to them has made banking better for me. I've had great experiences with the loans department. They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!”

“This a branch of my bank I have not been inside of yet until today. This is one of their newer branches. The vaulted ceiling showing in my posted photo will be similar to newly rebuilt Mooresville branch when it reopens this summer. I like these huge vaulted ceilings. They give the inside of the building a feeling of being outside while still being protected from the elements. Today was just an ordinary stop for an ordinary transaction. I found no waiting for a teller, friendly service and the usual efficient fast service. Parking was no issue and there were multiple drive through lanes in the rear of the building.”
“I have been banking with Crane for years now. Everything I have to say is positive. I have always dealt with wonderful people. The thing I appreciate the most is I have never felt like a customer. Each time I have needed personal attention to a matter I have not only had the matter resolved but it has been done so with respect and care. “Normally I visit the small Plainfield location located inside the Meijer store but for today's transaction I wanted a full fledged brick and mortar facility thinking I would need the services of a banker in an office. But as I found out that wasn't necessary because to buy or invest in a CD, a teller was able to help me at one of the counter windows. I had stopped by here a few days prior to get all the latest rates and found their rates are better than many banks. It has been my experience that credit unions in general repeatedly offer better rates on pretty much everything than banks. Plus this credit union is a member of the CO-OP that many credit unions belong to, such as Hughes back in Tucson where I still have a couple of accounts and I can easily make deposits and withdrawals from those accounts here at Everwise. I also have my pickup truck financed through Everwise at a rate of 4.8% which I acquired last year. I thought that a pretty good rate since it was lower than the RV I purchased the year before.”
