Even with a confirmed online reservation we arrived to find they didn't have a unit. We had traveled 5 hours with a trailer that needed to be unloaded that day so had to find a different company. Terrible customer service.

If someone makes an online reservation there needs to be a unit available. We traveled 5 hours with a trailer that needed to be unloaded that day only to find out our confirmation number was useless and had to find a different company. Would never recommend this company.

I was the only one on the lease for my unit. the owner allowed other people to go into my storage unit and take things that did not belong to them.
