I started out by looking for a store I could get a ring resized. I got lucky when I found Gina's. I am so pleased. Took a ring to have it sized smaller. It's just a sterling silver simple ring. It was treated just as if it were an expensive item. Wanted a new thumb ring and was able to place and order from their catalog to look at a few. Oh wow, liked them so much I bought all three. Had a ring made from some old rings from when I was little. Sentimental rings I couldn’t wear anymore. I absolutely love it. So glad I did it. Service great and price reasonable

I had a house fire and I took my Grandpa’s pocket watch there to see if there was anything could be done to clean it. They worked on it all day and gave me the best results possible. Staff was super helpful and lovely. Amazing customer service!

I'm am so happy that I found Gina's! Gina (yes, actually Gina) and her team helped us with everything we needed! We needed some minor repairs on our watches and a new battery. They we t above and beyond to help us, and the battery replacement was very reasonably priced! I know that there is a watch repair & battery replacement place nearby, but the battery there would have cost us 3 times as much! I am so pleased with the service we received and will be going back there for our watch needs. After how they treated us, I'll be going back to look at their jewelry too!

We had a couple of rings from my wife's mother along with my old wedding ring that I wanted to give to my wife for use and get me another ring. We looked at and designed a ring for the wife, a necklace with gems out of the rings, and I bought a ring out of a catalog I liked. Her ring came out beautiful as did the necklace. My ring is much more durable now and I couldn't be happier as some of my diamonds from my previous ring were included. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I'm looking for a new necklace for me and will start with Gina's... Price, just remember you get what you pay for, I was very pleased with the cost of our jewelry, and the quality was superb.
