Showed up at the store on a Saturday at 12 (lunch time) and back at 1pm. And they were closed both times. I had a very bummed kiddo that was excited to go in! Guess ill have to be driving out the way to go to brownsburg GameStop. That’s awful that they are always closed.

While the person I spoke with was nice, I was offered like $1/game for games that they sell of their site for $10+ each...I didn't appreciate that. I understand needing to make a profit, but not by hurting others. I didn't sell to them.

I walked in to have a quick browse, and the gal working the front desk asked what console I owned.
When I answered, she slapped a game on the counter based solely on the T-shirt I was wearing. Best customer service ever!
Pay her more money!

Should just close this location. It's NEVER open it seems hours on website and even the door do not reflect actually times this store is open.

Manager was rude and tried to force a membership and more games when I was purchasing my ps5. He sold me an open box with my ps5. Won’t be coming back, Go to Walmart.

Why is this location never open? Here I am on a Tuesday at 11:30am and it’s closed?! I came at 3:00pm on a Thursday and again NOT OPEN. What’s the point of this location even being here?!

Opens at Noon (12pm) and then they close from 2:45-3:45! You just open, why need a break again! Is always something they are closed for and times are random so can’t know when is the right time to shop! (Reason I keep coming back, is because of the kids.)

Online says store is open til 9 we came at 8:12 and place looked closed but there was to workers in there so I called and they asked which why answer if your closed and he was like yea we’re closed cause he said they close at 8. People are so lazy these days

What do we give to a place which takes us away for a little while? I'll give give starts. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are to high but that's everywhere.
