My step daughters car broke down in Cloverdale. We had it towed to the nearest mechanic. That was a Sunday. By Wednesday afternoon they finally had time to diagnose the issue. Not real excited about the additional delay for them to repair it, I had it towed (after hours) to Dodson Automotive in Avon. Jeff was able to get it in, up and fixed by Friday around noon. He kept in contact with me regarding the issue and what was needed. Even with extra labor and a few extra parts not quoted by the other mechanic, he was still able to come in for less than they quoted for just one of the issues. I was looking for a new shop so called around to get some prices on some work I needed done. Dodson was the best price and when I asked about part quality I was told they don't cheap out on parts parts so I scheduled the service. Jeff was able to get me in very quickly. I didn't realize this was a small shop when I called but I'm very happy that I found Dodson Automotive. The professionalism and quality of work is outstanding. You will definitely pay less here than at the bigger shops and get great service as well.

If you need a honest and reliable mechanic, look no further.Absolutely fantastic service. This is the most honest place I've ever worked with and I will continue to use them for all my service needs. They are professional, don't overcharge and are so helpful and honest. They were honest and found my true problem instead of charging me for what I thought the problem was. Will definitely recommend and continue to use.
