I am very displeased with USPS as there is no local phone number and it’s nearly impossible to get a human being on the phone. I have issues with my mail delivery and I have called several times to no avail.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Much easier parking and less congested than the Scottsburg location.

Forgets packages. Doesn't knock on the door just says no one is home. Almost tears off the mailbox putting mail in it.

Treats my mail horribly and that is only when they deliver it to the right house.

Wish they stayed open a little later. I usually have to go all the way to Seymour, Indiana (20-25 mins away) if I need to mail something past 4pm. Other than that, they are always really friendly here and I never have had any trouble getting in and out quickly.
