I normally love walking through Ollies and finding things. This visit I was going in to purchase rocking chairs for my daughters for Christmas and had seen them the week prior. I go to the cash register to purchase and let them know which ones I wanted and the four employees all looked at each other and said I don’t know if we have anymore, but what we do have are put up for the season and we won’t have them available until next season. Mind you they are still advertising them in front of the windows with giant $59.99 sales tags on them. This to me looked like a whole lot of I’m too lazy and that sounds like work. Very disappointed in my visit today and I supposed I will have to look elsewhere for my daughter’s Christmas presents.

This is a large open store stuffed with discount merchandise from overstock or discontinued items. We found a good selection of books to buy, were tempted by some flooring (not enough room in the car!), and found D&D games for $50 less than normal retail. The restroom was clean. The cashier was really nice, too.
