Took trailer in for what I was sure was refrigerator issue. They tested everything and found the problem quickly. Not fridge at all but a wiring problem. Fixed it perfectly and back to me in a couple days. Saved me time and money! Highly recommend and so happy!!

We went to Kramer's to look at one specific camper. The staff was friendly and immediately knew which RV we were wanting to see. The salesman was not intrusive and let us look inside and out, and answered our questions. We asked him for an RV that for our requirements as we weren't thrilled with the one we originally were there to see. He said he might have something but it wasn't 100%, but we looked anyways. No pressure at all to look at something we weren't interested in. No sales pitch, no trying to get our information for a mailing list. If there is a camper that fits the bill of what we are looking for on the future on their lot, I would 100% go back.

A smaller, family run business. I was still pulling up to the propane refill stay, and a guy was already there Getting ready for me. I was playing with a small, broken piece of the antenna traverse gear, and he recognized it immediately. He asked if I needed a replacement, and if I needed an antenna. I said yes, as I'd forgotten to take mine down. A low branch had broken it... By the time I parked and got inside, he'd pulled the replacement gear and antenna already! Talk about service,! He said if it was a weekday instead of the weekend, he'd have someone handy to put it on for me.While I've never had a problem with Camping World, this place was an example of the great service that should be rewarded with your business. Being smaller, they might not quite have the big store's inventory, but they sure try hard to please! ?? Thumbs up, and I'm likely to be seeing them again soon!! WORTH THE TRIP FIR SURE!

We are first time buyers, I came in with zero knowledge on Campers, pricing, fees and everything that comes with it. I have to say Malcolm really made our shopping experience great! He answered all my questions, even helped with insurance questions. He was extremely patience and made sure we got the best deal to meet our budget and family needs. I highly recommend Kramer's Kampers!

Our first time getting involved in the camping experience. We went to many RV showrooms in the area and wound up going with Kramer's Kampers. Ended up going with a 2018 Keystone Premier bullet. Nice couples travel trailer. Malcolm was very patient in answering our questions. No high pressure sales. One thing we really like is when purchasing here they will store your camper and put it out for you the day you leave to go camping. Also they will put it away in storage for you. Very convenient! We live close, but in a subdivision where we're not allowed to park RV's or boats. We're happy with the choice we made to purchase here. Looking forward to a nice working relationship.

My wife and I have been searching for a camper that we could tow with our family hauler, and fits our family and our budget. Over the last 2 years we have stopped into numerous showrooms and because we are new to the world of RVs and have more questions than money, we generally find salespeople are in a rush and rather annoyed with our stupid questions.However, a month ago we stopped by Kramer's Kampers with another LONG list of questions and let them know we had no intention on making a purchase. Malcom proceeded to answer EVERY question we had about the trailer; about towing and even about trailer camping in general. We never felt pressured and after doing a little more research, we called back and bought the camper last week which, by the way, was listed at a fair and very competitive price. From start to finish the entire team made us feel comfortable and even excited to get out there and make some memories.
