Well I ordered and paid for my flag over 2 years ago. Still have not received my flag! The owner is creative with excuses. If you check withtheBBB you will find many complaints against them!! I just want my flag!

Like most of you, I have been scammed by this company!! I am always happy to support veteran owned companies. However, in this case, according to the website, he is a Marine. Honor and integrity are values we all honor the most. He should be embarrassed to call himself a Marine. What kind of business owner/Marine scams people like this.

I ordered a very expensive wooden Flag back in 2021, never delivered and they do not answer any questions and to add insult to injury, they send me promotions for purchasing their products. With shipping and tax, the cost of the product was over $900. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - SCAM

Placed a $900 order(large flag ) in July 2021 ..never received or refunded #4599…multiple promises to send , redo and change but no Flag..Im a veteran and ANG current member. The lack of communication is most frustrating and suggests major problems with this company. I would have been ok with just admitting it can’t happen and turn this into a veteran donation. Not to answer is dishonest and disrespectful.

I can't believe this is the review I'm leaving but here we go. The work that these people do is INSANELY AMAZING! That said, I still didn't get my second order from almost 2 years now. But the problem is there is nobody that puts out what they put out. I mean, I get it.... that covid garbage nightmare really hit some ground and there are many that are dealing with supply chain issues. All that said, the work they do is unlike any other I've had made. Especially their custom stuff is just, again, INSANELY AMAZING. I really really hope they don't shutdown and that they come back. Heck I swear I'll just place a whole other order -forgetting about whatever order I've placed. Yes I am willing to do that just to get another piece by these people. Please Larry.... Diana... whoever -please.... It's just such good work. I really hope I get the chance to get another piece by you.

I am so very disappointed in this company. Two years ago I ordered a flag. It was promptly delivered and the quality was exceptional. Consequently I chose to order two more flags for gifts in early November 2022. Despite a promise of a 4 to 6 week delivery, I am still waiting for my flags 14 weeks later. Multiple emails and phone calls to the company generate NO response. Just a simple communication and explanation would be sufficient for me to promote the company and be patient for delivery. Unfortunately I am now writing a review to encourage all to AVOID THIS COMPANY .

Order 5984 & 8208: I was charged by Etherton Hardwoods for my order on 7/8/2022 for a wooden American Flag with VIP Fast Pass shipment within 3 to 7 days. I have attempted to contact Etherton by chat via website, email, phone, and certified mail since July 2022. In August 2022 Etherton gave me a UPS tracking number but later that month told me they could no longer find my order in their system so they gave me a new order #8208. In September 2022 they once again emailed saying the order had been shipped by UPS, but the tracking number provided is not found in the UPS system. I have not received a response since September 2022. I regret leaving this message about a Veteran owned business, but there are numerous reviews of this same nature that seem sufficient to file a mass action if these orders are not fulfilled by Etherton.

When I placed my order for two flags in November the delivery time was listed as 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been 12 weeks with no flags and no response to my numerous emails and phone calls. This is so unfortunate as I am a repeat customer having ordered a flag and promptly receiving delivery in 2021. Needless to say, I will be using a competitor for future orders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
