Amazing experience at Woodstock Harley. Rooster, did a great job to listen to what I may want for a 2nd, around town, bike and he delivered. When it came time to put the numbers on paper, I was happy with the outcome, so thank you for that. Have already referred two other buddies to talk to Rooster.

I cannot say enough good things about the service team at Woodstock H.D. , namely Derek, Boone & Jacob. After returning from Glacier N.P., Tetons, Sturgis (again), my '17 Road King developed a tick on start-up that only lasted 3 or 4 seconds. When Derek heard it he recommended inspection which revealed a failed lifter leading to cam damage. Had I continued riding, the damage could have been far greater. I endorse the service dept. at Woodstock 100%, they have earned a life-long customer.???

Been a customer for over a year. Every time I call the store, I get no one to answer, especially service. I leave voicemails, no return call. I contract corporate, who says they talked to dealership and GM will call the next day, no return call. I call or text the service manager, Derek, on his cell phone, and if he replies, he tells me to call the store. I called every day from 9/16/24 to 10/20/24, never got an answer and never got a returned call from voicemail.
Promises made by staff are never delivered on. I am about to move dearlership all together

My husband and I came in on our anniversary weekend to just window shop. I walked to the bathroom to wash my hands and I saw a bike that was the big sister to mine?
I showed my husband who was talking to Rooster and my husband told me that was the bike I should have bought the first time lol. Well long story short, Rooster made it happen. I still don’t know how but he made it work. Gave me a great price for my bike and an even better price for the new one.??❤️❤️ Rooster is the guy to go to if you’re looking to get a new ride ????

Warm and friendly Harley dealership. Parts guys are exceptional. Service experience is exceptional. They have an extensive selection of new and used bikes, one of them is gonna speak to you. When it does, sit down and make it yours. Check out Rooster in sales, he will do anything possible to help you ride your bike home. The back of house staff is also very welcoming and will make it happen for you. Some dealers are just worth visiting.

This place has let go an employee of 21 years for filing a complaint with HR for not paying on time. Which I feel is retaliation and illegal.

Sarge my sales rep was amazing. Introduced me to almost every team member, made me feel welcome. The parts department is super knowledgeable and was able to answer every question. The finance rep walked me through everything part of the paperwork and didn’t pressure me into anything. I would highly recommend the Woodstock Harley team.

8/29 called and spoke to Brooke to work out a deal on a used 2018 Honda Goldwing. Brooke is VERY friendly and charismatic. We had a nice conversation and she sounded very helpful over the phone. She took my information and said she would text me back with pictures of the bike. Never received those pictures and never heard from her again. I’ve called 3 times over two days and left messages. Am I being “ghosted”? How can I leave a good rating when nobody responds? This was an easy sale and now it’s dead deal.
Update: Finally got ahold of Brooke, she had no idea who I was. Initially had me confused with another customer. After reminding her of who I was and the bike we were talking about she remembered. She sent me pictures as requested. Sent her pictures back of my trade-in, stated she didn’t get them so sent them again. I thought we were back on track for a deal but at 810 pm I received a text message “Thanks for Google review John.” The sarcastic tone of her message wasn’t appropriate or appreciated. Deal is now dead in the water. She turned a buyer into a shopper.
