The food is amazing. Recommend the lemon butter chicken, BBQ salmon or fish tacos. Can't give it 5 stars only because of the service. The servers will disappear and you never see them. Not necessarily because they're lazy but it always looks like there's not enough of them for the patio. Why should I leave a $20 tip for someone I saw once when the busboy did more to help. Service is mediocre at best, every time. And we're NOT those picky people. It's pretty consistent.

It's obvious that working at the post office is hectic and you're on your feet a lot. It's clear that a lot of customers are not very polite. The east side post office in St Charles, Illinois always seem to be okay. It's pretty much downtown near the Saint Charles Public Library and even though it is small we haven't had much trouble there in terms of super snippy workers. At the risk of having my mail perhaps even thrown in the garbage or worse, there is a manager, at least we think she has a manager who has long been at the West Side location who is one of the most rude people we have ever spoken to. There are several nice women who answer the phone if you have an aid on the west side, but one in particular is harsh and insulting and rude and dismissive. Delivering mail must be a really difficult job given the pressures and the sheer volume of the mail. But often times it is stunning to see the speed at which those little mail trucks can drive and some of the drivers don't seem to stop and think about little children playing in the area. We always deliver mail to our neighbors when we receive the wrong mail but if you ever bring it to the attention of a substitute carrier or some of the carriers in the nicest manner possible, very often and extremely hostile and rude retort is given to the customer. The bottom line is that we don't have any choices for mail except emailoh, so they know they have us over the barrel. Most are probably well-intentioned and some are very helpful but overall the reputation and the terminology called going postal still seems well deserved. When they're a very long lines out the door it seems to be time for everybody to go on break and have fewer workers available.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been mailing things that I sell online for over 2 years. Always use the same boxes. I stopped here since we were in the area, the employee refused to mail it! She said it was the wrong box. I guess this post office location goes by their own rules. Horrible customer service.

I have to give the ST.CHARLES,ILLINOIS POST OFFICE A 1 STAR. In person my IL family member has no issue, at the local post office in St.Charles,Illinois. But now? We see it is a big issue, with where the mail is going/why is it taking so long...WTF is going on . . . I am going to call to get down to the bottom of this for my favie aunt in Illinois. She has a child in jail til' November. I have a cousin (her son)serving a little time at the St.Charles,IL KANE COUNTY JAIL.(Adult Justice Center) and they been waiting for the mail to come now since, get this....APRIL 5th,April 9th! It make no sense. .The mail reach from where i am in PHILLY,PA (outside of NJ) only 3 days, not 1 week going on almost 2 weeks. and some are money orders for a family member birthday. Ridiculous.I know i was told it's ILLEGAL for such mail to be held like this. .I don't get why it is so hard to do what you're suppose to do and i am going to for my aunt call up there again today and i am also making a formal complaint for her.

I have only encountered courteous, efficient, competent employees here. What a breath of fresh air from the miserable experience it is to go to the Geneva or Batavia post offices!

This is the second damn time that I have waited for an important package to arrive on a Tuesday. I watch the tracking and says delivered but the mail never even came. I know this because someone was home all day. It's angers me because now I can't give the gift to my nephew when I see him later on thanksgiving

Bought postage with tracking via credit card and misplaced the receipt. They can't look up the receipt via credit card number!? Joke... Use UPS or FedEx if you want it done right.
