Little known secret is the tamales here are the BEST anywhere, only sold on Friday and Saturday until they run out. I've tried MANY tamales, these are by far the BEST!!! Service is great too, be nice to them and they'll be super nice to you ??

Please look at the burrito bowl description in Uber Eats in picture. I got a literal bowl of chicken with one piece of lettuce. When I called to complain the person answering the phone knew exactly what order I was talking about and said there was lettuce. See the one piece of lettuce I pulled out with my fork. Then proceeded to argue with me that this order doesn't come with any rice or beans?? When I said I wanted a refund she stated that I'd have to come in. After she literally told me she already knew what was in the order. This is absolutely bananas and insane logic. Los arcos, do better with you own menu on Uber eats. And if you need to see the order because you don't believe me, then probably you shouldn't tip your hand that you KNOW it isn't correct. I've ordered from here many times before but never again. This is insanely bad customer service.

Delicious authentic food. It’s been a while since we enjoyed Mexican this much. We had the bistec a la Mexicana with steak. Margaritas were very good. We always rate a Mexican restaurant by the taste of the salsa. Excellent. Service was also great! We’ll definitely be back.

Live nearby and have been wanting to try this place. Love Mexican food but sometimes hard to find. Finally went last week. I ordered nacho’s and my husband ordered pork burrito. Both were very good. Well you really can’t mess up nachos but the burrito was the best my husband said he ever had. My drink was great too!. Some kind of blue marg. And our waitress I believe her name was Angel or Angie was very nice and very accommodating! The atmosphere was just ok. Nothing special. But… We will definitely go back!

Waitress was a bit rude. As we told her we need a minute to order, she rolled her eyes. The complimentary chips were stale and chewy, just re-heated to seem fresh. Ordered a mojito, the mint leaves were wilted and rotting. Tortilla soup had chicken that tasted like it had been soaked in liquid and sitting for a long time, it was mushy. The meat on our food was way too salty. Ordered a refill of raspberry lemonade and got a tea instead. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

We are new to this area and I was in hopes to find the perfect small mexican store. Very happy I did! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help me when looking for something in specific and have even helped me with cooking recipes. Its a small but very convenient store to find all your Latino market needs.

I did an in person pkup and asked for mild extra salsa! No bigger, right? If I was eating in the restaurant I’d ask for the same! But, got the request for extra money! Huh! Ok, Arcos, you have committed the Mexican restaurant biggest mistake, expecting your customer to pay extra for salsa! And, they didn’t have tongue tacos on their menu! My order was just ok, not the taste and value that I have had in the past! Bad day for them, maybe! But, as for me, they lost me as a customer!
