Jacob was very helpful and I felt he was honest with me. They got me in and out the same day. They were quick and easy to work with. Kati was also very nice. They both took the time to stop in the waiting room to give me updates periodically. It only took 90 minutes to complete the job anyway. I am definitely satisfied with the visit and work.

Every time I go to this shop I get great service. The guys that work on the vehicles are NOT novices!! We had taken our car somewhere else and it was suppose to be fixed but it was not! We brought it here and they knew exactly what we needed! I needed windshield wipers today so I went here! Thanks to all those that work so hard!! THANK YOU!! This is one great Automotive Service!!

I took my Kia Sportage here for oil change and routine brake service instead of my dealership and I was pleasantly surprised at how much quicker service was and the professionalism was outstanding. Without a doubt I will be returning there and referring friends and coworkers as well!

My wife received a brochure/coupon in the mail for an oil change a while back. Normally I service our vehicles but we just recently had a newborn. My wife and 5 years old daughter stopped in to redeem coupon. Upon waiting for a standard oil change one of the service staff approached her to tell her about a "small crack" in the oil pan. I was on the phone while this conversation happened and needless to say I was very surprised and immediately suspicious. Since 2020 her car has sat in our driveway and not once has it leaked even the smallest amount of oil or any other fluids. I definitely would have noticed. They tried to charge her $500 dollars to fix it. I said no thank you, the "leak" can't be that bad as it's never been a problem before. My wife advised them to finish the oil service. As she was leaving the technician said he thought the leak might be a little worse now. Keep in mind, this vehicle was not leaking any fluids until we took it to be serviced at this business. Upon her returning home oil was pouring out from under the vehicle leaking all over my driveway. I immediately tried to call but due to them closing at 5pm wasn't able to get ahold of anyone and this happened on Friday. She wasn't informed of the severity of the problem or she wouldn't have drove home. There is no doubt in my mind that this cracked oil pan was a result of the oil change, whether it be accidentally or intentionally. The crack was located right next to the oil plug and was not there before. As i said i have normally serviced our own vehicles. Luckily I was able to fix my wife's car for under $100 dollars. Looking at the receipt not only did they want ridiculous labor costs but also uncharged the oil pan and silicone gasket maker adhesive. I would never recommend this business for even the simplest of services. If you need a quick oil change and do not have time to do it yourself do yourself a big favor and go to valvoline right down the road.

While traveling we had a tire pick up something on the highway. We were heading to Paducah KY & needed to get our tire fix as soon as possible. We called several service stores in the area 1. Said no we can't help you we will be closing in an hour, 2. WALMART said you can bring it down may be 4 hours or more if we can even get to it. As we drove around we came across Napa. My husband communicated with Katie who immediately addressed the situation, knew we needed to get back on the road & got our vehicle in, Katie continued communication and had us back on the road quickly.
