I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to wait for at least an hour because they double booked appointments! They didn't even have the courtesy to call me before I drove 45 minutes to get there and let me know. I sat in the parking lot waiting. BAD FORM!

The young lady in the front I think her name is Gabby was very professional and She did everything in order to accommodate me and she had so much patience n is very friendly and will have small talk to make you feel comfortable

Wonderful, wonderful wonderful!!! The first thing i noticed when I walked in was the cleanliness of the office.I was then greeted by a very pleasant young lady at the front desk. Ms G greeted me with a smile a hello how are you? May I help you? she gave me the necessary paperwork to check in. Ms G has a very pleasant delightful disposition. Her attitude is amazing and wanted to help and take of the patients. The Radiology Technician was very kind and pleasant as well. She was attentive and thorough. My procedure took some time and I only mentioned this because lying there for so long. The technician did not rush getting me up and held my hand for stability. She made sure I was stable and OK to sit for a minute or two, however long I need it. She made sure I was OK. I have the opportunity to speak to M G after this visit and I still think she is an incredible person. For me you’ve got a laugh sometimes to keep from crying and she did put a smile on my face. She did everything possible in order to accommodate me. You couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

I cannot get my results from Sept 5th. Whenever I call it rings and disconnects. The two people at the office say there is nothing they can do. I've opened up a claim with my insurance company.

Worst service I've ever had. I originally went with Molecular Imaging because it was cheaper then an MRI through my regular health provider. Now I see why.......I called and scheduled my appointment the first time a week out. The DAY before my appointment they called and said I had to call my doctor and have them send authorization over to them and until they had it I could not move forward with the appointment thus causing me to reschedule out another week. The day finally came for the MRI. Again.... I drove all the way there and then they tell me the MRI was broken. Yet again causing me to reschedule. I told them to call me tomorrow when the machine was back up so I can reschedule. Never received a call......I called them. The lady who answered was the person who performs the scans and could not schedule me because the lady who schedules was not in yet. Yet again waiting for a call that will probably never come. The best part about this "top notch" service is when you go to call and no one answers it transfers you twice and then hangs up......No option to leave a message. Just hangs up. Molecular Imaging is the biggest medical joke I've ever seen. Will never use them again and you shouldn't either if your reading this. Trust me. Take my word for it.

Me Being one of the most claustrophobic people ever I was pretty nervous to get an MRI done. Before this I had a bad experience elsewhere due to impatience of a worker. This place was this total opposite and completely calming for me. I have to give all the credit to the one that helped me with my appointment, Maya. She is amazing. Great encouragement, jolly attitude, and works hard to make you feel comfortable through the process. I literally conquered my fears here and it was worth the 40 min drive to get here. I recommend this place to anyone and someone that is similar to me especially.

Had an MRI for my son done two weeks ago. The facility and technician onsite were fine but we still do not have results. No one answers the phone and the email address given on their website responds bounces back. We have even driven there during business hours in an attempt to speak to someone when they should have been opened when they are closed. This is extremely distressing. If someone from molecular imaging sees this, please contact me. You are adding to stress to an already awful situation.

Worst experience every got my dads x-ray done two weeks ago n haven’t received results till now. Dr office call we called but didn’t pick up any calls. I won’t recommend this place at all. Go on your own risk. U won’t get any kind of customer service at all. If I could give 0 stars that would be appropriate.

I was in for an MRI on March 2023, which was of poor quality and I conclusive per my Orthopedic. They have poor customer service and there billing department keep tagline me. Everyone keeps giving me the run around, looking to get reimbursed for my out of pocket pay. Would definitely will not recommend this facility nor their services.
