a great neighborhood jewel of a store. jane has loads of yarns, beautiful canvases and runs fun classes. always helpful employees (thanks, deb!) and the finishing on every project i've done has been perfect. a sweet spot to check out new needlepoint finds.

I took an Embellishment class at The Classic Stitch last July. We had the best time. Super fun! Jane and Emily are awesome...I have already signed up for next summer. You must stop in if you are ever in the area!

What a great store...almost like a zen or feng shui experience: wonderful embellishment workshops, stitching with new needlepointing friends, brilliant designer/ instructor Linda Corirossi, and the kindest, most helpful, and cheeriest store proprietoresses (thank you, Chaucer) --Jane, Emily and Deb.

Jane does a great job providing a curated selection of fibers and canvasses. I have not attended any classes but they seem well attended and fun. I also appreciate that I can come in to get help.... And when I need a very little if a color, they reach into their scraps box so they don't stick you with buying a full skein if all you need is a little bit. Great resource for needlepointers!
