Went at 1:15am but store was closed. All lights inside and out were on but both entry doors were locked and nobody was in the store. Can't believe a 7/11 listed online as open 24/7 was closed.

Everything was semi ok. Unfortunately my chicken wings were not sealed and very overcooked. The breading was extremely hard and difficult to eat. Otherwise the rest was semi good.

Not sure what is going on here these days. It used to be a friendly, clean and efficient place to stop for a snack on the way home from work. It's gone way downhill in the past month or so with really rude employees. Bring back the White Hen days!

My experience,at 7/11 88 Green Bay Rd, Winnetka, IL 60093 it was the worst, they have a employee he has a very rude,(by now I think every body knows him) a was parked my work van and he runs to me and he came out to tell me that he couldn't park in that spot supposedly was special spot for the owner.when I told him that I wasn't going to move my van he told me that I had to buy quickly and leave. all this without mentioning that he parking lot is shared by a medical clinic and a laundry/cleaner is ridiculous what this employee does, he should not work there if he does not know how to talking to the costumer

working class men bewareOlder skinnier man who works there was extremely rude and argumentative with me, for unknowingly parking in a unmarked “employee parking spot” . Before entering the store, the man was seen speaking about me to another customer in line. As I opened the door, the man seemed to tremble with anger and aggression as he incoherently spewed words at me, at which point I told him to repeat himself because I had no idea what he was saying. Causing a scene in front of multiple customers, he said that I should have known not to park there and “all delivery drivers know that”.. I was not delivering to him. I was a customer. I even apologized and said It wouldn’t happen again in order to deescalate the situation. He continued to try and make me feel less of him because I “should have known”. Absolutely no way I could have known not to park there. The parking lot was also full and is extremely small. I was not in the way or affecting anyone. One of the worst experiences ive ever had from a 7/11 employee. Huge lack of integrity and respect. I would go here almost every morning and will no longer go here ever again. I also believe this 7/11 should drug test their employees more often.

Service is great, always has coffee and is well stocked. Hours need to be changed to 6am to 12am however, tons of people show up after it closes at midnight

I went there to get ice and some sodas and some man came out and said I can't park here it's employee parking. He said you can't pick kids up there. I have a Florida license plate for god sakes. I do t have kids in Illinois. He was so rude the place should go bankrupt.

The man checking me out, I see every time I come in to this 7-11, he Is the rudest retail worker I have ever met! I'm assuming he is the owner because he is always there. I used to be in HR for Macys and I would have fired him on the spot had I witnessed his lack of customer service. Tonight he checked me out and threw me the bag to bag myself all the while on the phone speaking Arabic, therefore I'm not sure what his conversation entailed. Please Don't patronize his business, he is very very rude!

Thirsting for a slurpee at the time, I visited this 7-Eleven because it sat nearby a trail I recently ran. I loved the layout set-up of this location, but its product availability and cleanliness not so much. Easily it could be a 4-star reviewed location, but it appeared as a 3-star which is sad because it sits in a fine area like Winnetka. I must say that the parking lot for this location is very compact! So compact that I literally had to squeeze into it as another driver waited to leave. Then once I entered I had to turn around just to get the parking spot I wanted which was where that driver waited as he tried to depart. Ay ay ay! For the first time in months I entered a business without wearing a mask. I figured why not because there was not anything listed about wearing a mask if not vaccinated vice versa. It felt weird because it has been so long not wearing one, plus I was sweaty after my run. What irked me about this location was its slurpee station appearance. It appeared neglected with lids scattered on the counter as like the cleanliness of the store. I had to settle for a small slurpee rather than a medium sized because there were not any lids for medium sized, or at least not stocked. As like the slurpee lids, there was a lack of bottled water inside the freezer. It was something I have never encountered during my years of being an avid visitor of 7-Eleven. Usually I can find the 7-Eleven branded purified water, but at this location I could not, which left me purchasing a pricier bottle. I really have no complaints about the service I received; it did feel as though the store was near its peak visiting time of the day. Though there were only three customers ahead of me, the clerk handled it pretty well by opening up another register. He was also patient with me as I entered my rewards number in order to redeem any points while at the register. Despite my rating of this 7-Eleven I am quite positive I will visit again when in the area after completion of a run most likely. ~Blessings~ Thomas G
