The owner is extremely rude to customers (paying customers). I called for their tow service to pull me out of a ditch. After a couple minutes of trying to help, he starts yelling at me to shut up. He called me a ******* for getting stuck and said he was going to charge me extra. Based on the cost of the service I believe he did. He's insulting, and opportunistic for no other reason than he could be in the situation. If I ever need wrecker service in Winchester again I'll call someone in Jacksonville and pay more....
