All I wanted was an honest dealership and this place did not disappoint!
They were super helpful from start to finish and they were genuinely rooting for me to find the perfect vehicle the entire time.
I chose a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe and they gave me an oil change, put some gas in it, and put on brake pads before I left.
They worked diligently to get me the best financing and I couldn’t be happier.
I recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I was looking for a car for my son to buy for him. I was looking alone at first since he lives over an hour away. The sales rep helped me narrow it down to a car so my son could come the next day to drive it home. Family is not easy and buying cars is harder. However the Primerides staff made it a good experience for us!

Prime Rides Autohaus delivers. I am from Springfield, IL, and since I value a dollar, whenever I'm looking for a vehicle, I usually end up in the Chicagoland area. This time was no different, but Prime Rides was a little closer and set in a slower paced area, which made the overall experience seem a little less hectic. Anyway, let me get down to the actual review.
From the time Patrick received my interest, he kept in close contact, but was never pushy. I arrived in Wilmington early on a Saturday, and I was quickly given the keys to make sure I liked the vehicle I came for, while they checked out my trade-in. I did have an issue with the Jeep I'd come for, but mine had a problem or two as well, so we spoke openly about the issues and came to an agreement. Let me pause here to make a point; I felt like I could trust these people. There weren't 20 vultures circling me with hungry eyes, there was one solid salesman, Patrick, but also a super sweet young woman who acts as both secretary and salesperson (I forgot her name, sorry). There were a couple quick and busy mechanics checking things over and Tony the owner. Simple. So, the agreement was as follows: they would fix the issue with the Jeep I was buying (excellent deal on a low mileage vehicle, btw); they would switch the new tires I'd recently purchased from my trade-in and put them on the vehicle I was purchasing; and all I had to do is drive my vehicle home and wait a few days for them to deliver the vehicle I was trading for, after the air suspension issue had been fixed.
Fast-forward 3 days...Tony personally delivered my vehicle, 2 1/2 hours down to Springfield. I got my lower mileage, fixed vehicle, and gave the keys to my trade-in to Tony. My problems became their problems (sorry about that), and I got what I wanted. I simply cannot say enough about Prime Rides Autohaus and their willingness to bend over backwards to make things right. The entire crew was friendly, communicative, laidback, and personable. I would not hesitate to ever do business with them again. I saw them interact with other customers, kids, etc...it's like they treat you as family (not the family that asks you for money...jk). Seriously though, Prime Rides Autohaus delivers, literally. Thanks again guys.

Hands down the best place we have ever shopped for a vehicle!! Patrick went literally ABOVE AND BEYOND for us!!! We have never had someone do that before at a dealership. When we need another vehicle this is where we will come and we truly would love to have Patrick again! 10/10 would recommend

Went here to purchase a used vehicle. The Service was super welcoming and accommodating to all our needs, they didn't hesitate to answer any questions and were completely transparent with the vehicles. They worked with us to get to a place where both parties were happy, and we left with a car! Overall was a great buying experience and would definetly recommend to others shopping for vehicles.
