Made an 8:30am appointment for an interior detail. The web site clearly states it will take 1-3 hours. When I got there they said it would take until late afternoon. I showed them their own web site and they just said "it's wrong." What a waste of time. Why make appointments at all if you can't stick to a time table?

Was here twice with Norms. Car was way overdue for detail. They also cleaned under hood, and i am pleasantly in love again with my 2016 CRV with only 30,000 miles on it, looks better than NEW. Guys did fantastic job! Thanks very much.
