We needed to open a credit card that does not charge foreign transaction fees. I called at first and spoke with a banker directly at the first ring. We then went to the branch. The gentleman (sorry, could not remember his name) wad very polite and knowledgeable about the products. We completed the task in 15 minutes. We were very satisfied.
