Everyone is very nice to do their best to listen to help. Laura Pineda in the office always helps, she does her WalkyTalky 2 let the workers know to help me… what I need in room. Also I never need to over ask her something because she Explains great. I LOVE WHEN SHE IS ON SHIFT..

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, I think people just love to complain. The room was fine, It was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I will say is that it is definitely not worth 80$-100$+ a night. For that price I'd rather stay at the holiday Inn or the Hilton, just my opinion.

I have had an exceptional stay here in Willowbrook. The staff was amazing. They went way and beyond accommodating my every need (Which there were a lot!). I had been in several different rooms (double beds, large king size bed, one had a computer desk, microwave, and refrigerator) and every single one of them were very clean and immaculate. Clean bedding, pillows, towels. Soap and shampoo provided. Blankets were cozy and fluffy. Rooms were very clean smelling after housekeeping. The manager of housekeeping MARIA so caring...great personality...and will FIX any complaints/problems. She is a wonderful person both inside and out!! Laura and Rhonda at the front desk will also do their best as well to accommodate your needs. Very pleasant to be around. This includes Shaun in the afternoon. All the workers do an excellent job!! Vincent McCoy the manager keeps operations at the facility in good order. He is on the property daily except maybe on Sunday. He is polite, courteous...with a nice smile. A pet friendly hotel. My dog was treated great. I ran out of dog food for him one day...Maria found some food for him. The hotel is conveniently located near an urgent care, Target, Dennys, Jimmy John's Verizon...all within walking distance. I feel safe here and on the premises. I have met many nice people staying here. Honestly, I give this red roof location 5 STARS!!!Noteworthy details: Well..I wrote this review earlier until I encountered the night shift guy. So very rude and mean to my dog andI. Vincent knows my situation. I dont psrty or do drugs like this whole hotel does. Didnt have enough money for a room. Minded my own business just to cope. This guy wouldnt even let me warm up as he was yapping away on a personal phone call. So what if i sat by the xmas tree? He just wanted to keep yapping with his country and not have me around. I was going to return here but no longer. All the other staff were great. Cant deal with this jerk. Even talked to the police cuz he was being so mean. The cops know all about the drugs here and just walks away. I did nothing but be nice and innocent..

Worst customer service ever!!! There were so many things wrong with the room, but Laura, I think her name is, was the rudest person EVER!!!! We booked a room for early check-in and paid extra yet we weren't allowed to check in for over 2 hours THEN I was charged an extra $25 for no reason! I paid for a room with a fridge and didn't get one. I'm diabetic and need my insulin refrigerated. I asked if I could put it in the office fridge. She lied and said there wasn't one! Later another employee did it for me. When we got it she was really nasty about it!!! The manager was equally horrible!!! There were bugs in November, the sheets weren't clean enough, the heat was off and we froze! There was a rock frozen on the sidewalk and we kept tripping on it! The reason for the review is what kind of horrible person doesn't want to store medicine???!!! Truly evil!!!! Is that even legal??? We paid more for one night on a Monday then we did elsewhere for Tuesday and Wed!!! Then to be treated like that!!!! ?Rooms: It was filthy

There should be non-smoking rooms, but I had to get another room due to the prior renter smoked weed in it. Check your room before just accepting it. They will give you a better room.Food & drinks: Restaurants are a distance, but you can get food delivered to your room.

I was not the biggest fan of this place. I expected the room size. I was staying with my partner so we didn’t need a giant room but no refrigerator or microwave was pretty disappointing. We had gotten this inn last minute since we’re both adults but under 21 so we had to have my grandmother check in for us. Because of this, our previous reservations at another inn fell through and we didn’t get to research much here. Even so, the room looked kinda dirty. The blankets had cigarette stains and holes despite being “smoke free.” Our room reeked which in turn made us smell like whatever odor that even was. The walls were also paper thin. I could hear exactly what people were saying outside our room.As my grandmother had to check in for us, I didn’t have much contact with any of the employees. Although, one day we had been out and about and my partner realized he had lost our key card somewhere. My grandmother had the spare so she ended up dropping it off at the inn office so we could pick it up. When we went, the lady at the desk seemed extremely bothered and frustrated that we didn’t know where the other one was. I think that was reasonable but it looked like she made us another card instead of just giving us the one my grandma had dropped off? Regardless, she wasn’t the most pleasant person to speak with. Especially when we checked out and another employee said it was fine we only had the one…I really only stayed here out of convenience but I’m not sure I would enjoy having to stay here again. You get what you pay for I guess..
