This is the worst bank in the world, I am reporting them to corporate they lied to me so many times, my husband was diagnosed with Type 3 diabetes, which is Diabetes with Dementia he had missed 2 mortgage payments and was in the hospital during COVID 3 times yet they never once called me, this would have been taken care of that day had they called me since they tape all the conversations I can prove they never called me they lied to me every time I talked to them, and never even told me my taxes could be frozen at 68 though I am sure the Mortgage people are well aware of that information, now they are holding 1900.00 I was his POA but they said they could not give me the money because the POA is not good because he died. Too bad they didn’t mention it before he was dead. I just found out about this yesterday and my husband passed on Jan 14, 2023, even when I presented his death certificate they did not mention it, they were charging him for overdrafts from 2008, they are the only bank that can charge you three times a day. They lied and said my husband had taken out a credit line, right after he passed away the Love of my life for 30 years they never tried to offer any solutions to this problem such as a reverse Mortgage or anything else. I was so heartbroken and they took advantage of that, destroying my credit in the process I was an 8 now I am barely a 5. I knew my husband was sick but I did not know there was a Type 3 Diabetes, I am going to sue the bank, apparently they’re so stupid that they didn’t realize many people went to the hospital during Covid, or simply didn’t care we were customer's for 30 years, when I went to pay our house off we owed 33,000 Dollars, there was no credit line. They just lied about that. They charged me 77, 000 dollars, and moved very quickly to put my house in Foreclosure, I am telling their Corporate Office everything they did and every law they broke in truth in Lending, but it was easy to take advantage of a woman who had just lost her husband of 30 years. I would never recommend PNC to anyone. They are the most corrupt bank in America.

Less than helpful. Staff was rude and unable to preform the simplest of banking tasks. Too many other options with better service. Go elsewhere.

Surprised at the low scores. I use this bank for work. Every employee I've come in contact with has been nothing but super nice.. they even give my dog treats when I go through the drive up!

usually good with what I do here. I work in the area and I stop by here almost every week to deposit money. Now I have the workers here asking me 21 questions while Im depositing money or asking for change for the store I work at. I didnt know it was bank policy to ask their customers why they need change or why they are asking for a roll of quarters. When you go to a bank you expect to give dollars in exchange for coins, not be interrogated by the branch workers.

Veronica and Kelly are the absolute worst. I had fraud on my account and they are doing little to nothing to fix this issue. I don’t feel my money is safe here anymore. And will be canceling my account. I also will be going up the chain and contacting who we need to contact to get these issues fixed.

Never give a one star review for any Bank or merchandise. Very uncomfortable experience with this bank. The employee (not call her name, she looks like a small leader there) is not professional and very rude to customer. Because I complain the bad service, when I left the bank, she follow me, press my back. Ever after I ask her don't touch me, she still shamelessly follow me. When this happened, almost no other customer is there.

I absolutely love this PNC branch. I've worked with about 6 staff members now on the phone and in person in the past few months and all of them have been extremely helpful and kind. I ask a lot of them and they always come through for me. I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful "small" bank experience with such a huge bank - it's all because of the staff members here! Thank you!

I visit this branch often and I have never once had a problem with the staff here. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Joe, if you are too lazy to roll up your own coin, then I'm sorry buddy, you have bigger problems. Victoria, Rosemary is absolutely brilliant and loves helping everyone so maybe it was your mother who was having a spaz attack or something. Sorry to be harsh but I really appreciate his branch and they've helped me a ton so I had the urge to say something.
