I had a very sincere and caring experience. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and emotionally happy! They were very professional, very thorough my appointment! They made sure I were satisfied! Having a Double Masectomy within itself is a lot! To have someone (staff) who makes you feel reassured with yourself and your confidence is a winner in my eyes! They never made me feel I was being judged or frowned upon. Very empathetic. They have beautiful attire, wigs, comfortable prosthetics, etc. to choose from! I thank each and every staff member for what they do! They make a difference and are very appreciated! Thank you for my beautiful and humbling experience!

Setting up an appointment was very easy with just a phone call. They were able to get and submit a prescription from my Dr to my insurance.

It was my first time at NY’s. They were very professional and easy to work with. Jane was my consultant and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to me about what I wanted and I was very happy. They have a great selection of wigs!

I was looking for store for my mom where I can get her good quality mastectomy bras and filling. I spent probably month to find place that taking her insurance. I connected with Naturally Yours store. Lady on the phone was able to explain process and scheduled appointment for convenient time for both of us. Once we arrived there she introduced us to Lori ( I hope I pronounced her name correct). OMG she is Amazing. She is very experienced, she knows exactly what you need and how to do it. You don’t have to worry about anything. She is very polite and respectful. She took care of my mom and my mom left store very happy. I hope we will be able to work with them in future. But I recommend to stop by this place if you have needs. I guess it’s the best place. Trust me I reached all of them.

Lori is patient and listened to what I wanted. She gave me options and explained what was available and what was covered by insurance and how much I would pay out of pocket. Laura has always been kind and helpful when I have called to set up an appointment or call with a question. If you need to be fitted for a bra and/or prosthesis, Naturally Yours is where you want to go.

Very deceptive billing practices. When I ordered my wig, I was told it was just at my insurance coverage of $500, with a $50 copay. They charged me $150 instead, citing issues with their third party biller. None of this was explained up front. Be very careful to read any documentation they give you that it has the correct amounts. My insurance paid $450 for a $500 wig and I paid $150. That's $600 for a $500 wig. When you are in need of a wig, the last thing you have time/energy for is reading the fine print to ensure what they are telling you is what is their reality. I would never purchase from here had I know they would over charge me.
