I recently experienced a blowout on the way to River Grove and was barely able to get the car to Willow Brook Ford's service department. The agency courteously and expertly replaced the tire. Diana was marvelous in her help, and I am forever appreciative of her and Willow Brook Ford for resolving my road hazard catastrophe. I recommend their effective service without hesitation.

My vehicle was in for a recall, once the work was completed for the recall I have had more issues, they continue to blame other parts under warranty but after replacing them and still costing me money the problem still persists. This place has no clue how to troubleshoot or verify their work has resolved the problem it was brought in for.

We had a wonderful experience with Willowbrook Ford Body Shop when we took our car to be repaired following a car accident. They worked with our insurance company and were in communication with us throughout the process. Our car repair was completed early too. Their team was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back for our auto body service and highly recommend!

No set pricing on simple services oil change is pretty simple but its pricing isn't. I get and know what it takes .

Took our Kia Sportage into Willowbrook Ford for an oil change low tire and rotation. Were charged $160. Two weeks later same tire was low. Took the car to Belle tire in Westmont. They found the stem was bent and the tires were not rotated. Went back to the dealership and talked to Matt. He argued work was done properly. Will not go back.

I made an appointment with the service department to drop the car off in the morning. I checked it in and the worker let me know they'd call when it's ready - I think most reasonable people would assume that with an appointment you'd get your car back the same day unless the part is hard to get. 4 hours later, I called for a status where I was informed that the car wouldn't even be looked at until tomorrow mid-day. They do not offer a loaner. They do not let you know that you can expect to be without a vehicle for 2 days. This is the first time I've had to use the service department and will be the last.

I brought my car here to get my winter maintenance taken care of and the service aspect of things were okay except for them running out of full synthetic oil and having to call their distributor to get more, resulting in me having to wait even longer for my vehicle to be finished. The waiting area was really clean and they did their best to social distance individuals as you can see in the photos but that really didn't matter much since there were several employees walking around and frequenting this same waiting area without masks on. It would be your own personal preference to come here as far as what you are comfortable with being around, however I just wanted to provide an honest review for everyone reading.

I have a 10 month old Seltos. Engine totally blew needing a replacement after, 10 months. 1 week.....2 weeks.....3 weeks later here we are. Dealer does not offer loaner cars. So my brand new less than a year old car has sat in the shop for 1/10 the time I have owned it, meanwhile I am stuck paying thousands of dollars for a rental since they dont offer loaners. And all during this time I am stuck paying the lease and insurance. Also, I have had to call 3 times to get any info and each time it has taken at least a day to get back to me.

Dropped my vehicle off, 4 days pass I don't hear a single word. I call just to get an update on progress and nobody could give me one. They legit kept pulling the, "hold on one second and I'll transfer you". 6 times I was passed off and hung up on! Then, when I was finally able to get ahold of someone the service advisor Brandon straight up lied to me! He said they're just waiting to hear back whether the warranty would cover the service. I spoke to the warranty group right after and the stated they never recieved a call or a claim from the dealership. Turns out 4 days in and they did not touch my vehicle, same exact mileage. 100% lazy and incompetent. I can't forget to mention, it has been impossible to speak to a manager throughout this whole ordeal so I'm convinced there isn't any management or anyone running anything over there. The most unprofessional place I've ever seen in my life.

This is a clean facility with friendly staff. They work quickly to get you on hooked up with a rental get you on your way. They text at regular intervals to keep you informed as to how the work/repair is going and how much longer you can expect it to take. Very impressed with this service center!

I use the Willbrook Ford body shop for my body shop repairs. They do very good work and have good reputation throughout their industry.
