I was recommended this shop by the guys at AutoZone because I needed to get my car checked out and serviced. It was my first time there and I was very pleased by the excellent service, they were informative, friendly, patient (I’m a girl with no car knowledge), quick, efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. They take their business very seriously and don’t play games! Definitely recommend these guys, as I will be returning.

AAA subcontracted a battery replacement call to Whips Automotive on 6/3/24. Tech arrived and said I had a special order battery (false), took a $215 deposit and said they would return 6/5/24. Never showed up. Was called again, said they would be there on 6/11/24 and never showed. Terrible communication and service.

We took the car in for repairs, discussed the amount for repairs verbally, and came to an agreement. After the repair, the price increased tenfold. It’s a very unserious company and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

This place is completely honest. I went there to have a check up before I purchased a used car with the owner. The shop was not hesitant in sharing in how bad of a condition the car was right in front of the seller. They saved me a few thousand dollars just by being honest and upfront. Would definitely bring my car here once I find one that's worth buying.
