I saw an ad for Boost Mobile for new customers service plan which was better than what I currently had, so I went in to the store with my phone. The gal who waited on me called my carrier and cancelled my plan and then when she put in new sim card, phone said it was locked. She did not know why nor did I when I know my phone was only a month old and it was an unlocked phone. I was there for 3 hours and got no further with her than waiting for the phone to be unlocked. the manager then came instore and by that time, I was angry and frustrated with her. He could not help either and told me to leave and never come back. I came home and called my old carrier and was told it takes a day or two to port over phone number and change carriers. Why did this woman make me wait if she knew that was how long it took? Besides that, she gave me a higher priced plan with Boost which I was able to correct. I went to another store and got very good service. DONT GO TO THIS STORE, GO TO THE ONE AT 28 W. Dundee

I was looking for something local to have my grandmas old iphone fixed they fixed it really quick and charged me $80, a little expensive but great service they even gave me a coupon for my next repair, so i pick it up and drop off another old iphone to fix the screen, i told the worker if i can give him the 10% off coupon he gave me for future repairs he tells me “sure but i would have to charge you $100 for the repair” i said excuse me and he kept laughing and said “so how much do you want me to charge you $66 or $100 what is it going to be” i said nothing paid and left. Very rude personal, great service one day and lost a customer the next day.

I highly recommend Digi-Cell Phone Repair! My phone's screen was damaged to the point where I thought i would have to get a new phone, but not today!! I contacted Digi-Cell on messenger through facebook, since i could not use my phone at all with how bad my phone's screen was cracked, not only did they fix it, they got it done early for me to be in time for my photoshoot! they said 90 minutes, i'm pretty sure if was finished before the 90 minute mark, i dropped it off the night before, (right before they closed) and they had it ready to go right away at 10am!! i'm so thankful for Digi-Cell. Lifesavers! not only would other companies cost more, it would take them DAYS to fix my phone. Thank you Sooo much, Digi-Cell! I highly recommend this phone repair store!!
