This was my very first time shoping here and I loved how there were plenty options of clothes in my size. Also Mich was awesome. He made me feel super comfortable and helped me a lot. Even checked if I was okay while trying clothes on. I would definitely be back here again. Just because Mich was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Thank you ?

I called in hopes of finding 2 necklaces and the person on the phone was so kind and helped me! In person he was amazingly too! I regret not asking for his name! ? Excellent customer service!!

I had the most fantastic experience at this store. I was a little skeptical to do some retail therapy as stores started opening up again. This was the best spot to get your toes wet! The place was spotless and the employee, Mitch, was hands down the most wonderful human I have had interaction with in months. This is a hidden gem :)

We arrived at 5:58 on a Saturday evening evening. Was told immediately as we walked in the door they would be closing at 6. Asked if we could still shop? We were told that everything had to checked out at 6:15. I worked in retail for years. Never would I have kicked a customer out of a store. Francesca's, you left a ton of money on the table! Not returning! BTW, what happened to this once upscale mall? All the stores moved out. Guess the rumor on the rental cost being so high is true.

I like Francesca's a lot, but every time I've come (three times now) they have been closed. It's 5:00, why are you closed. I wanted to buy a bunch of earrings, now I'm going somewhere else

So I used to work for Francesca's at a different location. I love this company but not this location. I don't think I will ever shop at this location again because when I walked in to exchange something, I was told I couldn't return without a receipt. I had tags on and everything. Then I was told that I should keep my receipts because I return a lot. I was "helped" by a lady named Christine and she gave me a really bad attitude and was annoyed when I wanted to look around the store for another item. She said, "What's wrong with the items you picked out before?" Some background: I wanted to exchange for some clearance items and I was immediately told that I would owe $3 after the exchange. That's okay but I decided I just wanted an even exchange and not have to owe anything. Fair right? Apparently this was a big deal. She said I HAD to pay the money that I owe because it was too late to go back. Let me tell you something. I don't HAVE to do anything. I wanted to change my mind and that's okay?? So while I went to look around for another item that would be an even exchange, she said that there was a missing blouse from the dressing room. "There is an extra hanger in the dressing room.......did you have another blouse?" As if accusing me of stealing a clearance shirt. I said no and she was like, "There were no hangers on the floor when I put your stuff in here." WOW. I was actually accused of stealing from a company that I used to work at. I have a very small purse. I was just wearing jeans and a sweater. Hypothetically if I stole where am I supposed to put the merchandise? I was feeling very uncomfortable and just wanted to purchase what I had in my hands. When I asked for the extra 10% off for being a student she said, "We technically aren't allowed but you do it all the time just like you return all the time". ??? What ??? What is that supposed to mean? Is that supposed to hurt me...? Anyway, this was an overall uncomfortable experience and I felt very threatened like I wasn't supposed to be in the store.

Well that was sad. Recently lost a hefty amount of weight and wanted to get a dress to celebrate and go out on a date with the boyfriend. Nothing in here is really my style. Always been all black and converse shoes type of lady but saw online how cute their clothes were. I'm a large and got a few stretchy materials and tried them on. Cute but nothing I liked so I left them in the dressing room and asked the lady if it was ok if I left them in there. She was nice and said I could leave them and went and grabbed them. She then turns and asks a question that I had her repeat because I was so appalled that someone asks that: "Nothing fit for you?" I don't know how a question like that could follow with something nice or even if that's a question to be asked. I'm heartbroken and tear'd up in my car because this chick probably thought I didn't belong there as soon as I walked in. But good thing I straightened up my attitude realizing that someone like that working there is a place I know to stay away from and happy to know and confirmed how better I am in this world than her.
