Our water tastes much better now, than it did straight from the well. The folks at Culligan are easy to schedule appointments with to change filters for answer questions. Strongly Recommend! :)

I've used other water delivery services before, and this is the first time I've been using Culligan Water. The water is superb and has no taste whatsoever and tastes like water is supposed to taste, cold, crisp, and taste like nothing. Besides the superb water, my delivery guy, Art, is amazing! He's professional, personable, and reliable. I hate to say goodbye to the Wheaton office since I just purchased a house in Indiana. The good thing for me is there's Culligan Water right down the road, so I will use their services and hope that office service is superb as well.

The product did not work as well as was promised. Did not get the rust out well and broke within a year. They then required a four-hour window for me to be home to fix their product that never worked well to begin with, which required me to take time off from work, too. Go elsewhere.

This is a review of someone who works at the Culligan site in Wheaton who also handles the Penske rentals there. Anthony was AMAZING to deal with! I was moving out of state and had just found out that not everything fit on the mover's truck. I needed to haul the remaining items by myself to another state. Anthony helped me get a cargo van on short notice; he made sure it was swept out and cleaned for me; he took me out to the van and showed me everything I needed to know about driving it; he located windshield wiper fluid and made sure I had enough in the engine's reserve. He took care of me and made me feel like an important customer. I went to the Culligan site for something other than water, but if Anthony treats his Culligan water customers with the same care and attention he treated me, then l know they are getting royal service. Bravo, Anthony! You are exceptional in today's world and I hope your employer appreciates you!

I started using Culligan as my water provider about 1 month ago and i couldn't be happier...as a personal trainer & nutrition coach, my health is a priority, and the water i drink MUST BE pure & clean (not all water is created equal). With Culligan, i have so much peace knowing , not only is the water "clean/pure", i will also reach my daily water goals and enjoy it...( AND its delivered right to my front door. Hassle Free, inexpensive, totally a no brainer :)

As a former telemarketing and customer service manager for Culligan Minnetonka, MN; I’m a little biased. But regardless of having worked with some great folks at Culligan, the product and service are the lynchpin that drives the success of Culligan Water. It’s the people that matter.
