Great customer service! Needed my laptop repaired quickly (screen detached). I didn't purchase my laptop here but they were able to repair it. I was fortunate that they had availability for same day service which beats any other place! Thanks to James, Drew, and Wes for exceptional customer service!

To start this off this was my first time going to this store in Westmont to pick up my order and was greeted with a rude attitude from one of the workers there thank god I didn’t have him as a cashier on the other hand I was serve by a nice lady working at another cashier desk she was fast and very polite would I recommend a friend to go here not really

Worst service i’ve gotten they genuinely seem racists as i hate to put it out there. They tried scamming me with costs and doubling taxes I had to pay and unnecessary expenses on the side that added up. They prebuilt my pc which I picked out the parts too and they kept stickers on there on the parts which could’ve caused huge issues later on as i’m a beginner pc user. They also didn’t even give the boxes for my mother board with the guide which is fine because it’s online but also the power supply box which had half of the cords missing because they were kept in the box with them and one of the mains cords which was the power cable to turn it on in general which is crazy because I couldn’t have even turned it on if I wanted too and they didn’t give me any replacements or all the boxes yet and said they couldn’t anymore but it’s been a months worth of hassle with them and as a beginner pc user I was looking for help which I did not get and in fact taken advantage up so heads up to whoever goes there I wouldn’t recommend it personally unless you’re looking for parts and that’s it.

I don't know a lot about electronics so I came here based on a recommendation from one of my best friend's who raves about this place. I have only had experience with Best Buy before this which is always overwhelming and the sales people feel very pushy. I came here and the entire staff was so pleasant and attentive. The sales associate I worked with was Tony in the laptop section. He was very cool to work with and I felt as though he had my best interest in recommendations. I definitely will be using this store for any and all electronic needs. They absolutely know what they are doing and they had decent pricing. They knocked it out of the park.

Love the selection and prices here. I live in northwest Indiana and we don't have a tech parts store like this, so when I was in the area I stopped in for the first time to check it out. It's great because it's essentially got everything you can order online for tech parts in stock so you can get hands on. I purchased a monitor on my visit that I couldn't find at a Best Buy to save my life. Staff and store was great all around. A tech geek's dream!
