Electrical work was acceptable, however the offices and scheduling was very unprofessional. Permit was filed under wrong address. Never would get time windows when people would show up, people just showed up. Luckily the city inspector said they could correct the permit after the fact. Just overall could have been an easy experience but it wasnt.

Red Star did a fantastic job installing my Rivian EV charger. The technician was very efficient and professional and the installation was clean and to standards. I would highly recommend for any electrical needs.

Did a great job. Was quoted as possibly having to dog a trench to install a level 2 EV charger. Electrician came out and managed to run a line through the existing tubing and install everything. So far everythings working as it should without issue.

The ******* communicated well about his timing, showed up right when he said he would, listened carefully to what I wanted, worked efficiently, and then went over everything with me after the installation to make sure my questions were answered. He was friendly, patient, and polite the whole time. I am very satisfied with the entire experience!

Right on schedule. Performed the job with quality workmanship. Nice clean bends in conduit, proper wire gauges with nice clean wire runs inside panel. Used a high grade NEMA ***** outlet for EV charging instead of lower grade one's that have shown to not hold up to the heat generated while charging an EV. Before for I could question what brand of outlet they would use they were showing the high ************** which put me at ease from the start.
