This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. Rude staff whenever I call. They make their own hours. Everytime I go to get my medication it is always a complication. I will be switching pharmacies and make that extra drive. People who rely on their medication and could go into seizure or even die are not okay. I’m not okay. You guys have been consistently doing this. Tighten up or higher better staff. This is ridiculous. Why is a pharmacy closed at 1:30. Some people have jobs. And can’t even get their medication until 5. If I had 2 more thumbs I’d give this pharmacy 4 thumbs down. You don’t even deserve 1 star.

The pharmacy takes forever to process anything. The staff in general is not friendly and I've had nothing but problems with this Walgreens. The one on war memorial is much better.

Dropped off three prescriptions at 11:55 Thursday, June 2, 2022. Two hour wait I'm told. Left them and they would text me when they were ready to pick up. Day later and still haven't heard from them. Poor customer service at this point. May have to see if they ever get a hold of me!

Let's start with my aunt died 1 week after Walgreens wouldn't fill her heart meds. An then I just had hernia surgery and had them fill my script and they said 2 hrs and now I have to wait till morning because they didn't see my prescription.. CLOSE THIS PHARMACY..Rude employees

i was personally threatened and screamed at this store, the store manager does not care for the safety of the patients and employees and continues to employ staff that have threatened to assault other staff, cussed out and screamed at patients and staff. totally disgusting that this continues to happen every day and nothing gets done about it. if i were anyone that worked at this store i would've walked out a long time ago and gotten corporate involved. there's no reason the people that are supposed to help us medically should have absolutely no desire to want to help. disgusting

The staff at this location are wonderful! Friendly, helpful, & polite! They are there trying to help people during this time of Covid & people should treat them with respect & be polite!

The staff is nice and I especially like the cosmetics young lady who is so very helpful and kind but this EP pharmacy is so very busy that You always spend time in line whether it be in a car or in person. Now with the bridge being closed for the summer I am changing pharmacies and therefore changing Walgreens. I will stick with Walgreens for my prescriptions because they have been there for me in my many travels where I forgot or needed more Prescription medicine. The company is northern Illinois based And makes one stop shopping easy and convenient. The balance rewards program is more than fair. I gave Walgreens five stars but because of the continued wait I gave the east Peoria Walgreens three stars. They are extremely busy.

Went to the pharmacy on my lunch break. Called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready. Instead of the pharmacy taking forever (per usual), the pharmacist had a 15 minute long conversation with the customer in front of me about CHEERLEADING. It was extremely inconsiderate of my and other customers time. Switching pharmacies soon. Very tired of the inconsistent service.
