I bought a rocker recliner. I had it just over a week and the rocker mechanism broke. I call and was told that because it was a close out item, there was nothing they could do about it .so I'm stuck with a broken recliner.

Went in today to spend a couple thousand on furnishings for my new house, and there employee there young kid throws his seems to be girlfriend old atleast his child’s mother (it seems) on the floor right in front of us. And the the girl asked for camera to be viewed and they wouldn’t let that young girl. I will not shop in that store and I will stop my family from going in there to shop either. Until the boy is in jail or fired

Only going with a star cause they don’t have 0 but that kid in that store is very violent and I have been in there 2-3 times and everytime that boy has been violent he don’t need to be working in that store or around people. He needs electric shock therapy or in a cage

My grandma bought two recliners from swains and got them home and found out both of them were broken. We called then several times, and all they would say is “we’ll call you back.” Finally we went over to the store and Amber said she would come out and look at the chairs. Two days later she did. She said she fixed one by tightening it down so it didn’t swivel a whole 360. Well that did work, and she said she would have to order a new back for the other one. Haven’t heard from anyone since. These people are a joke and currently in the process of turning them in to the BBB! They are rude and did nothing but yell at each other while we were in the store.
