“I'd like to start out by saying that Patrick at ProSource of Naperville, saved the day! I was in the process of renovating my 60 year old cottage that's 5.5 hours away in REMOTE northern Wisconsin when my future son-in- law asked to host a surprise proposal there. Given only weeks to get a floor installed, Patrick walked me through the process and I chose a product that was in stock, good to go! Nope, there was a glitch in the order and my floor wasn't going to be delivered in time. Patrick went above and beyond and personally guaranteed that he would take care of the situation and have it delivered on site in time. Per his promise the order arrived in time and was installed...with two days to spare! Way to go Patrick! He approached the situation with kindness and compassion. He knew how special the event was to me and added an amazing human touch, that's something hard to find anymore. A big shout out to ProSource and Patrick!! Highly recommend!!”
“Despite the occasional lines, this is actually a quick place to get gas from and always has the lowest price in the area.The pumps have long hoses with retractable hangers that allow you to fuel your car no matter what side the tank is on. Combined with the fact that people often don't go to open spots at the front or in the middle, even when the lines are longer, there is almost always an open spot that nobody is using.”
“The price per gallon is always much lower than anyone else. Usually, you have to wait in line, and the pumps don't allow you to top off your tank, which can be a couple of gallons each time.”
“This Costco is very clean, neat, and organized. Has majority of the items you need for a cheaper price than many other stores. Highly suggest shopping here if you need something in bulk!”
“Amazing experience, as usual, at Costco. We came to purchase an inexpensive 55" set for the patio. In the process, we contemplated many high-end screens and one beautiful 100+ inch oled. We had a fun visit, did some grocery shopping, and left with the perfect tv.”
“We haul from here 3 times a week and are generally very happy about it. Pretty quick on load times [as long as the product is pulled, and not changed]. Docks are easy in and easy out. No overnight parking if that's a question.”
“I typically do not frequent this location, but my visit on this day was amazing. Struck a nice conversation with the employee at the jewelry counter [she was so nice], also briefly asked another employee a questio, and she quickly assisted me along with another employee next to her. Customer service Tiffany was awesome. I grabbed the wrong size of an item I had already purchased and didn't realize until I was walking out. Tiffany allowed me to go back to grab the correct size and exchange it right away. Thank you for the great experience!! ? ”
“No place reaches 5 stars because it is impossible to achieve it, but since Sams is part of my family budget, it gives you a variety of products and affordable prices for the amount of family product. If you have a family, Sams may be for you.”

“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”
“Ah Costco -- land of free samples, groceries in bulk, and insanely cheap prices. We've been coming to Costco for years and have never been disappointed. In fact, every time we walk in, we're always excited to see what new, surprising deal we might happen upon. Whether it be electronics, food, gas, clothes, or household items, Costco is definitely the place to check first. And pretty soon, this won't be the only Costco in Naperville--the second one opens on August 19th! No wonder why it was decided to have a second one...there's just so much demand for their products! Great, friendly service all around the store too -- top-notch place!”

Coming from the city, all the hot items tend to sellout quickly BUT this one being on the outskirts, had items you wouldn't find in Chicago Sams. Came here to purchase a 4 burner griddle grill and the transaction and pick up was smooth and easy. Purchased through the app. Arrived and parked in a pickup parking spot. Checked in on the app. They brought out the grill and loaded it up. Friendly customers and smooth purchase. I would definitely recommend this Sams for your purchasing needs.”

“Went for the first time and everything was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and quick. The two young ladies working in the glasses department were very helpful and kept bringing me glasses until I found a pair I liked. I got my prescription glasses and sunglasses for the amount I would usually pay for just a new pair of glasses. Waiting on my trial contacts, hopefully everything goes as smoothly there also.”
“I had tires installed here in early 2022, and it was rough. I was back this past weekend and the service has improved immensely! I had a 1PM appointment on a Sunday, it was done at 2PM. Everything was installed perfectly. However, service is still slightly subpar to proffesional shops. They don't put down floor coverings or seat coverings, resulting in marks on my seats. Luckily I have seat covers, a little more professionalism and attention to detail would be nice but I am glad they have improved as much as they have.”

“I do roadside service I took a customer here to get a tire at 8:10 and they close at 8:30 tire was a little pricey but overall they did everything that they could to get me in and out because the customers mother and wife was stranded on the expressway thanks Costco”
